    Iron pan cleaning advice, product information, return experience

    The service and quality at this store are just amazing! I've been coming back for a while now, and every time I have a question or problem, they really go out of their way to help me. So, one time I accidentally burned some food in my cast iron pan and didn't know how to clean it right. The person I talked to not only gave me great cleaning tips but also shared some extra info about their products that I didn't see on their website. They were super knowledgeable and nice, totally blew me away. I had to return something once because of a small issue, but it was all done smoothly. Their top-notch products and awesome customer service have won me over, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

    I bought a kettle from this store and it ended up getting all rusty pretty soon after I started using it. So, I contacted their customer service and I gotta say, they were on top of it! They just asked me for some pics of the rusty kettle and a few more details, and just like that, they sent me a new one without any hassle. I was really impressed by how fast they took care of my problem and how great their service was.

    I recently bought some cookware from this company online, and while the products were good quality, I was really let down by their customer service. It's clear to me that customer service should be more important than the actual products because it has a big impact on the overall experience. I tried talking to managers and even the leadership, but they didn't seem to care much about customer satisfaction. I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and accountability from the leadership team. It felt like they were more interested in blaming the customers instead of fixing real problems.     Online order not delivered after payment

    I ordered some stuff online and also a cookbook, thinking I'd get a free cookware set by just paying for shipping. But yo, they took my money and I never got anything, not even the dang cookbook. They said it would arrive in 2 to 7 days, but it's been over a year now and still nothing. I even moved to a different state, but the package still never made it to my old address. Just a heads up, watch out when buying from those online ads.

    Xmas gift

    I bought a Christmas gift for my family recently, but it hasn't arrived yet even though I paid for it two weeks ago. I need it urgently, but there haven't been any updates on my order. The customer service responses have been generic, telling me to wait up to 3 days for a reply. This is frustrating, especially because I paid a lot for the item.     Full dish ware set

    I recently bought a whole set of dishes from this company, thinking it would be cool to get the company’s warranty protection. However, I had a really bad experience with the ordering process and customer service. I placed my order, got confirmation that it had shipped, and then waited weeks without getting the package. When I checked the shipping tracking, I found out the product was actually out of stock and had never been shipped. It was really disappointing and frustrating because I had not been told this before the email saying it had been shipped. The lack of communication and transparency was so disappointing. On top of that, I wasn’t even given the choice to pick a different color or preorder the set I wanted, which made me feel like there was no solution to the problem.

    Two pans

    I just bought these two pans and man, they were a big letdown. They both needed to be replaced under warranty after only lasting 6 months each. I always used them with butter or oil and made sure not to crank up the heat, but they still fell apart. And for the price I paid, that's just not cool. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was just terrible.

    Mug purchase for sister-in-law's birthday

    I just bought a mug as a birthday present for my sister-in-law. I know this company is a bit on the pricey side, but I was pretty let down by how the order went and how the mug was packed. Even though I shelled out some extra cash for shipping, the delivery took way longer than I thought. And when the mug finally did show up, it was just chucked into a big ol' box with barely any protection. I mean, this thing cost me 20 pounds - I would have expected it to at least come in its own box to make sure it wasn't messed up during shipping. All in all, I was just kinda bummed out by the whole experience.

    Dutch Oven

    I ordered a Dutch Oven from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. The website said there wouldn't be any customs fees for international orders, but guess what? I got hit with a huge bill when my item finally showed up. And to make matters worse, it's been over a month and my order still hasn't arrived. Dealing with customer service has been a headache and trying to communicate with them has been beyond frustrating. My advice? Stay far away from this company!

    I got this new cooking set from the store, but they sent it to the wrong address and it ended up getting stolen. Even though I told them where to send it, they still messed up. And now they won't even give me a discount or anything. Seriously, don't bother buying from them!

    Salt and pepper grinders purchase

    I just got these salt and pepper grinders, and I gotta say, I'm kinda disappointed with how they turned out. They look nice and all, but they just don't grind well and don't have enough pressure. They're basically useless. And for how much they cost, I was hoping for way better quality. I think there are definitely better options out there that would work better and be more worth your money.

    10 piece set purchase

    I bought a 10-piece set from this company, and after just 6 months, two of the pans started to warp. And I gotta tell ya, I never cooked with super high heat or anything, so it was a surprise to see them get messed up. When I reached out to customer support and they asked for a picture, I thought they'd replace the pans no problem. But nope, I got denied without even knowing why. The lack of help and info from the company really turned me off, so I won't be buying from them again.

    Non-stick pan purchase

    I just bought a new non-stick pan from that store, thinking it would be an upgrade from my old one. But man, was I let down. No matter how carefully I followed the instructions, everything just sticks to this pan from the get-go. My old pan, which was way cheaper and three years old, performed way better. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff were stuck-up, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. It just added to my disappointment with the whole purchase.
