I ordered this really cute makeup bag on October 4th and it still hasn't shown up! They told me it would be here last week but nope, still nothing. I even tried to get a refund and now they're not even answering me. Ugh!
Incomplete purchase of purse
The purse I bought came without all the stuff it was supposed to have - no belt, no locker, no tag. I tried hitting up the company through email and social media a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. And when I did manage to talk to someone, they kept giving me the runaround, saying they'd send the missing pieces but never following through. So now, I still don't have everything that was supposed to come with the purse.
Non-delivered bag
I was super let down by my purchase from this company. I ordered a bag that never showed up. I tried to contact them several times through email and DMs on Instagram, but they never replied. It was so frustrating and a total waste of my time and money. I really recommend avoiding this company because it seems like a scam.
