I've been buying from this brand for a while now, mostly getting the Extreme comfort and performance shorts and pants. I've always liked how comfy and good quality the clothes are. But, I gotta say, I'm kind of let down by the zippers and pull tabs on the pants. The zippers seem flimsy and the pull tab is so tiny now, it's hard to grab. It's a shame, 'cause everything else about the product is great. I hope this feedback gets to the higher-ups so they can fix these quality problems and make the customer experience even better.
Women's Original Relaxed Fit Straight Leg Jeans in Petite Size
I just got these Women's Original Relaxed Fit Straight Leg Jeans in a petite size and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with them. They fit like a dream, the fabric is super high-quality, and they arrived really quick. I was so impressed that I ended up snagging two more pairs in different shades of blue, and they're all better than I expected. These jeans are seriously top-notch, and getting them on sale was just the cherry on top. Huge shoutout to the company for making such an awesome product!
High-waisted, dark blue jeans
I got these super cool high-waisted dark blue jeans, but they were too short and tight. Luckily, the customer service was amazing! I sent them back and got a refund real quick. And get this, the jeans were made in different places, so they fit totally different. So strange, right?
Jeans
I ordered these jeans online like a month ago, and I'm still waiting for them to send it to me. I had to give them a call to get my order number because they didn't even bother to email it to me. Every time I call to check, they keep saying it'll ship soon, but it never does. They even tossed in a promo code for my next buy, but honestly, I don't think I'll shop with them again. Please, just send me my jeans already!
Jeans in different fit styles.
My time dealing with customer service at this place was really disappointing. I had a hard time getting advice on what size to choose for jeans with different fits. Even though I was unsure at first, I went ahead and ordered two pairs online in the same size but different fits. I was really upset when one pair in "Regular" fit was great, but the "Relaxed" fit was way too tight. When I contacted customer service about the size difference, they weren't helpful at all. They had the wrong information and didn't get what the problem was. The replacement pair they sent for the "Relaxed" fit was even tighter than the first pair. This just made me more frustrated and let down. It's clear that there's a big problem with the customer service here. They don't know their fit categories and blamed me instead of fixing the issue.
3 pairs of jeans
I got 3 pairs of jeans and the quality was actually pretty good. But man, the buttons and studs were so cheap, they all fell off...ugh! And I even washed them in cold water.
Canceled order
They totally canceled my order without any heads up! I had to play detective and do some snooping to figure out they axed it. Such a pain! Gonna check my credit card to make sure I got my money back. If not, I'll swing on back here and give y'all an update. Definitely not using them again. Heads up, fellow buyers!
Black jeans purchase
I just got a pair of black jeans online, and man, I was super let down by the quality. This is the second time I've ordered black jeans from this brand, and both times they've been way off. The first pair had a zipper that kept sticking out because of a messed-up seam, and the second pair had pockets in the back that actually tore holes in the fabric because the stitching was so bad. On top of that, the fabric was thin and definitely not worth the price I shelled out. I'm bummed about how low-quality these jeans are, and I don't think they're worth the price at all. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll be buying from this brand again in the future.
Women's jeans ordered
The jeans I bought for women were completely different from what I saw on the website. They didn't fit well, the color wasn't right, and the quality was disappointing. When I tried to send them back, they said FedEx would give me a return label, but that wasn't true. I ended up giving the jeans away because I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending them back. I was really let down by this whole thing and won't be shopping there again.
All Day Comfort Women's Pants
Let me tell you, I really wanted those All Day Comfort Women's Pants, but what I got was the new Effortless Pants instead. The staff tried to tell me they were the same, but that's just not true. These Effortless Pants have slimmer legs, no stretch, and definitely do not feel as comfy as the All Day Comfort Pants. I was super let down by what I got and felt like the store tricked me.
Two pairs of shorts ordered
I ordered two pairs of shorts from this store not too long ago. But man, I was pretty bummed when I got an email two days later saying that one of the pairs got canceled out of the blue. They didn't even say why it was nixed - like if it was out of stock or something. So I gave customer service a call to get the scoop, and all they had to say was that it was no longer up for grabs. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the shipping for the other pair of shorts was molasses slow.
Khaki pants purchase
I just bought 4 pairs of khaki pants online and man, I was super bummed with the quality. They felt cheap, like they’d rip if I looked at them wrong. The stitching was all wonky in some spots. I knew right away I had to send ‘em back.
Jeans
I bought a pair of jeans not long ago, but ran into some problems while trying to order them. Even though I really like the jeans, I have to point out that the shipping took way too long. I ordered them more than three weeks ago, and they still haven't been shipped out. It's been pretty annoying, especially since there hasn't been any communication about what's causing the delays. I've tried contacting customer service a few times through email, but I haven't gotten a good response yet. Right now, I'm feeling pretty let down and I'd like to see more honesty and quicker service when it comes to ordering.
Denim shorts
I got these denim shorts and man, let me tell you, I was so let down. Took forever for them to even ship out, and then when they finally got here, they weren't even the right ones. And to top it off, they didn't have the ones I wanted in my size, or even close to it. I was really bummed that I couldn't even pay extra for faster shipping to fix the mix-up. All in all, it was just a total disaster of an experience.
Jeans
I bought some jeans online recently, and it was a total letdown. I placed my order last Tuesday morning, but a whole week later and my stuff still hasn't even been shipped. And now they're saying it's gonna take forever to get to me, which is just not cool. I'm so annoyed at how slow they are with shipping and how little they seem to care about helping customers. It's obvious that they don't care much about making their customers happy. I'm for sure not going to buy anything from them again after this terrible experience.
