Berber lined hooded flannel jacket and two Vests
I recently ordered some stuff from this company and let me tell you, the quality was top-notch and exactly what I wanted. The only issue was that the sizes were way too big for me. But no worries, their customer service was on point when I reached out about returning and getting my money back. They handled everything smoothly and even sent out the right sizes in a jiffy. I gotta say, I'm super happy with both the products and the service I got from this company. 10/10 would recommend.
Henley shirt for Christmas
This company is a total scam! I bought a Henley shirt for Christmas, but had to send it back because it didn't fit right. Even though they said they got the return, I never got my money back. I think their website might have put my card at risk because the refund never showed up in my bank. I've tried contacting them several times, but all I get are excuses and empty promises about a refund coming soon. It's really frustrating!
Double charged order with pending transactions
I ordered something from this place and out of nowhere, my credit card got charged TWICE for the same order. Now I'm stuck waiting for the pending transactions to go away and my money to be available again. Like, seriously, who does that kind of thing?! It's like they think it's okay to hold onto your money and make interest off of it while you're just hanging out, waiting for them to fix their mistake. It's not cool at all.
Flannel lined shirt jacket purchase
I bought a flannel lined shirt jacket from this company and I was really let down. After just a few days of wearing it, the armpit ripped and the threads started coming loose. I thought it was a fluke at first, but then I got another shirt jacket in a different color as a gift and the same thing happened again. It's obvious to me now that their clothes are not up to par with what they claim. You can't always judge a book by its cover, and I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of by this company. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Two shirts purchased with 2-day shipping
I bought two shirts for the holidays thinking they'd arrive on time since I paid extra for faster shipping. But they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and it bummed me out for the second year in a row. The company being closed for the holidays made the delay even worse, and now I'm not sure if they really care about their customers. On top of that, it took a whole month to get my refund, and they didn't even give back the shipping fee for the faster delivery that didn't happen. This whole situation has made me feel like I can't trust them and I'm hesitant to buy from them again.
Jacket purchase
I ordered a jacket, thinking it was from one company, but then I got a confirmation from a totally different one. So when the jacket finally arrived, it was all wrinkled up. I tried it on, but wasn't totally sold, so I threw it in the dryer with a damp cloth on no heat to get those wrinkles out. After pondering on it some more, I decided to return it. When they sent it back to me, they claimed it looked washed or worn. But I swear, all the tags were still on there, even that pesky zipper tag that you can't wash or wear it with. I reached out to customer service, and they promised a manager would give me a ring back, but no such luck. When I called the next day, the manager was not friendly at all and accused me of washing or wearing the jacket. I explained that I had only tried it on, and she straight up laughed at me! Can you believe it? To top it off, she hung up on me right after offering a refund. Dealing with them was beyond frustrating.
Journeyman jacket in Tobacco color
I bought the Journeyman jacket in the Tobacco color from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I'm pretty bummed about it. At first, I thought it looked cool and was a good choice for a lightweight jacket. But after wearing it just a few times over a couple of years, the stitching under the sleeves has already started to come undone. It's pretty frustrating, especially since I paid $89 for it. I contacted the company to see if they could help me out, but they said it had been too long since I bought it. I couldn't believe that a jacket at this price point would fall apart so quickly, especially without even being washed yet. I had higher expectations for the quality to last longer. Overall, I'm really let down by this purchase.
Jacket
I got this jacket that just didn't fit right at all and felt so cheap. I sent it back on December 4th, they got it on December 8th. It's been like 16 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. So annoying, definitely not worth it, steer clear of them!
Overcharged for online purchase
I ordered a shirt online and those fools charged my account FOUR TIMES for one shirt! Can you believe that mess? It was a nightmare and I was fuming when I checked my bank statement. I contacted customer service and they acted like it was no big deal. Are you kidding me? How is it okay to charge me over $100 four times for ONE shirt? I am never shopping here again and you shouldn't either.
Camo hoodie
I thought ordering my camo hoodie was gonna be a piece of cake, but it turned out to be like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded! Their website was such a pain and wouldn't let me enter my gift card info! I reached out to them multiple times for help, but they completely ignored me. Then I had to wait on hold forever just to speak to someone, and when I finally did, they hung up on me as soon as I mentioned my gift card. It felt like chasing a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, only to find a leprechaun giving me the finger. Beware of this place, folks!
Christmas order
I recently ordered some Christmas gifts from this company and man, it's been a nightmare. I placed my order way back on November 12, thinking everything would get here in time for the holidays. But guess what? It's December 20 and still no sign of my stuff. I've tried calling and emailing customer service over and over, but they're not helping at all. They keep telling me everything I ordered is out of stock, which is super frustrating. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. They can't keep their promises and their customer service is seriously lacking.
Journeyman ShirtJac
I bought the Journeyman ShirtJac and man, was I let down by the quality. I only wore it twice before a seam busted. When I called customer service, I was on hold forever before finally talking to someone who wouldn't take responsibility for the shoddy work on their product. And on top of that, the customer service rep was super unhelpful and rude. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this brand. Go for the better options like Duluth Trading, Dickies, or Carhart.
