    Why need any review for this brand.Great market share in modern digital world.Though no recent purchase but this response column was not yet filled by me .So I am here.
    Firstly I believe Lenovo doesn't require any such public reviews.I am using Lenevo laptop since 2016.Three times I have exchanged it in decent exchange offers to keep myself upgraded like system. Currently I am using 490 Thick Pad unlike some non technical person I also focus of Ram From and FHD display..It's Intel I -7 51 window 10 home 512 and 16gb memory..That's it super display,no heating ,no hanging nothing.
    Today Lenevo representing brand globally.

    I ordered a Laptop P11 on December 30th, but I never got it. So I reached out to Lenovo and UPS on January 10th to file a claim. After investigating, UPS confirmed that the item was never delivered. Lenovo then refunded me the full amount.

    Lenovo Ideapad slim 3

    I got this laptop and it's been working fine, but there's a big problem. Every time I go through security at the airport, the scanner goes off because it looks like there's a giant knife in my bag! It's super annoying because I have to keep rescanning it. I reached out to the company, and they pretty much said it's not their issue. Are you kidding me? How can they not care about their customers once they've made a sale? It's not cool and really frustrating. Just a heads up, if you're considering buying from them, be ready to be ignored once you give them your money.

    I just got a laptop from this company and it was a mess. First off, it showed up way later than they said it would. And on top of that, it came with some problem that made it totally useless. I've been trying to get a refund or a new one, but so far, I haven't gotten anywhere. It's really disappointing to see a big company like this dropping the ball like this.

    High-end game PC

    I bought a top-notch gaming PC from this company, but after about 9 months, it suddenly started dropping its network connection with one app, and then it spread to other apps. Their solution was to wipe everything from the PC (and back it up) and then reinstall. That just seems ridiculous to me.

    Account deactivation request

    I tried to cancel my account with this company the other day, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The customer service, sales, and tech support people were all useless and just kept throwing the blame around. I just wanted to deactivate my account, but they couldn't even manage that. They never sent me the confirmation codes, and their lack of help was just plain frustrating. Long story short, I'm pretty disappointed with them and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I recently bought the Lenovo Yoga 9i Gen 9 after watching a bunch of videos, but still haven't received my delivery. Customer service told me to wait another 3 days, but I'm starting to get frustrated. I think I'll steer clear of Lenovo laptops from now on and go with Apple or Microsoft instead!

They didn't even deliver my item and to top it off, they gave me a fake delivery confirmation. It's really messed up my trust in their delivery process and I'm pretty disappointed with how everything turned out.

    I recently bought a laptop from this company, thinking it would be an easy transaction. But, man, did things go downhill fast. I ordered a laptop that was supposed to be in stock and paid for 3-day delivery. Sounds great, right? Wrong. Twenty-one days later, I got an email saying my laptop hadn't even shipped. I've called and asked about my order multiple times, but all I get are empty promises. They keep saying they'll fix it soon, but the timeline keeps getting stretched out. It seems like they're taking people's money without delivering the goods. And they keep saying they have stuff in stock with 3-day delivery, which clearly isn't true. I'd tell anyone thinking of buying from them to run in the other direction. They're either crooks, clueless, or both.

    Top of the range computer with faulty RAM

    So, my computer, right, was like this really fancy one that I got about 2.5 years ago. But now it keeps randomly shutting down all the time because the RAM is messed up. The thing is, I can't even replace or fix the RAM in it, so I gotta just toss out a computer that I spent a good amount of money on. And get this, when I tried to get help from the company, they never even got back to me. Like, seriously? It's pretty disappointing to see such a lack of care and responsibility from them. I'm not gonna buy from them again and I suggest you steer clear too.

    1800$ laptop purchase

    I just bought this laptop for $1800, right? But get this - after only two months, the charger fell off my desk onto the floor and broke. Can you believe that? Like, seriously? It couldn't even handle a little 3-foot drop. I thought spending that kind of money would get me something more durable, but nope. It let me down big time.

    IdeaPad Flex 5

    I've been using laptops for a while now, and I gotta say, the IdeaPad Flex 5 really let me down with its quality. Even though the screen is nice and smooth, the cheap plastic they used to build it has caused a lot of problems. Like, when you fold it back, the screen starts falling apart at the plastic joints. Plus, the bottom strip keeps coming off and showing the inside parts. And now, there are these annoying bubbles on the screen that make it freeze up and you have to keep opening and closing the laptop. The touchscreen feature doesn't work anymore either. All in all, for the price, the laptop just doesn't cut it in terms of quality.

    I bought a laptop from your company not too long ago, and man, I gotta tell ya, I am super let down with how it turned out. After only a few months of using it, the thing just quit on me completely. I sent it in to get fixed up, but it ended up getting even more messed up during delivery by the carrier. The repair guys and the delivery company didn't want to take responsibility for what happened, and now I'm stuck with a busted laptop that's totally useless to me.
