My experience with the online shopping site wasn't great. It was tough to find where to sign in for my account, had to do some unnecessary guessing. A good website should make it easy for returning customers to log in. Also, the search options on the site were too broad, so it was hard to find what I was looking for since the results didn't match what I was looking for. It would have been helpful to have some tips on how to make my search more specific for better results.
