Shadow Glass Pendant Lights
I purchased two of the wide Shadow Glass Pendant Lights. The quality and design of the products I received are same as what I expected, as per the pictures from the website. The lamps are very vey nice. But when I ordered I didn't receive the confirmation email and had to ask their customer service like 3 days later.... Apparently the confirmation email was in my spam folder, I found it after they told me to check there. For someone like me who is not very computer savvy I wish I could have seen this email more easily. Other than that, I am very happy with the lamps, they are truly beautiful.

They've got everything from tools to materials, perfect for pros and DIY fans alike. I've found everything I needed for my home projects and then some thanks to their great selection. The customer service at Letifly is outstanding, with helpful and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist. Overall, I can't recommend Letifly enough for anyone starting a home improvement project.
Mini cordless lamp
I had such a great time shopping at this place called Letifly! I got this cute mini cordless lamp for my nightstand and man, it's super cool. It did take a bit to get to me, but you know what, it was totally worth the wait because when it finally got here, I was just so pumped! The packaging was really nice and the price was way better than other places I checked out. Definitely gonna spread the word to all my friends about this awesome lamp!

Let me tell ya, if you're looking for a great online shopping experience, this site is where it's at. The products are top quality, definitely worth the money. And the customer service is top-notch, always ready to help with any questions. The prices are fair for what you're getting. Oh, and the delivery was super fast - I got my order in a flash. All in all, had a fantastic experience and would totally recommend it.
I ordered a big fluffy blanket
I was really looking forward to getting my big, plush blanket, but when it finally showed up, it was teeny-tiny, like a baby's blanket. I was so disappointed! Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They sent me the correct size, and it arrived really quickly. My blanket is perfect now - it's super cozy and oh so soft! 😊
Expensive lights, missing parts and poor quality
I bought some lights that were really pricey, but they were missing parts and the quality was terrible. I reached out to their customer service a bunch of times, only to discover they resell them from a cheaper website. Not worth the hassle - definitely steer clear.
Soft Pastel Pendant Light
I just got these really cute Soft Pastel Pendant Lights for my kitchen and they look amazing! The shipping was super fast and setting them up was a breeze with the electrician's help. I totally suggest these lights if you want to spruce up your home with a bit of sophistication.
retro copper sconces
I got these two sconces from letifly website. It is beautiful and the quality is amazing.. Everything was smooth and easy when I ordered, but I had to wait 2 weeks to get my lamps delivered.. But considering what I paid them, it was completely worth it. I recommend to y'all.
three arm rotating lamp
Very happy with this purchase. I got the black three arm rotating lamp that I put up in the living room. It is very nice, the design is excellent and the quality too. Customer service was also very nice and helpful for sending me tracking updates :)

I had a good experience buying at letifly.com. Price was good, my prints came quickly and they were high quality. When I couldn't track my order properly, their customer service agent was very helpful.
pendant lights
I was looking for pendant lights for my kitchen and came across some on sale on this website. I decided to place an order, but it was a total disaster. I didn't get any confirmation email, couldn't reach customer support, didn't receive any instructions with the light, and it was damaged when I finally got it. And to top it off, they don't even bother responding to emails when you're trying to fix an issue!
Chandelier purchase
I recently bought a chandelier from this company and man, what a letdown. The thing showed up with the glass shades all smashed because they didn't pack it right - like, come on, use some decent materials! So I hit them up about getting my money back, but they shot me down, saying I missed the return deadline by a few days. And get this, I got the protection plan too, but guess what? It only lasted for 15 days as well. What a scam, right? So now I'm stuck with a busted chandelier and out of pocket a bunch of cash. Total bummer.
Low-quality products from an online retailer
I just bought some stuff from an online store and it turned out to be not that great. So, I looked into it and found out that the things they sell are actually cheap products from a different website. They trick people by giving big discounts, which made me even more upset. Trying to send back the stuff was a pain because they make it hard and expensive, and a lot of things can't even be returned. The reviews on their site seem fake and only there to trick people. I really don't recommend supporting this shady business.
Overpriced product
This company is seriously a joke. I bought something from them and it was a total nightmare. The product was way too expensive for what I got. And when I tried to return it because it was so crappy, they totally lied compared to what was on their website. It's like they tricked me on purpose and I feel totally scammed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Online purchase, international shipping, customer service, communication, disappointment
I recently bought some stuff online from this company to take on a trip. I ordered on December 1st and didn't realize the items were coming from overseas. The delivery wasn't until December 27th, after I left. I tried reaching out to customer service to try and change the delivery but they weren't helpful. The one rep I dealt with was unresponsive and not willing to work with me during two weeks of emailing back and forth. In the end, I lost $200 and wasted a bunch of time because of the poor communication and lack of help from this company. It was a disappointing experience all around.
Pendant lights purchase
Oh man, what a nightmare! So I decided to order a couple of pendant lights from this company, and let me tell you, it was a disaster all the way through. Their website said I could easily return the lights within 2 weeks, but that was a total lie. It took a whopping 6 weeks for the lights to show up, so returning them was out of the question. And to make things even worse, the lights didn't even meet US standards. The wiring was clearly for the UK, and the fixtures were UK-sized too. It was a total mess. And when I tried reaching out to customer service for help, I got nothing back. They ignore emails and don't pick up the phone, leaving me stuck with lights I can't even use. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!
expensive shipping fee
I wouldn't suggest buying from this place because the shipping fee was crazy high, like $15! And get this - it was sent by ground, the slowest way possible. On top of that, if you have to return something, they hit you with a restocking fee. Not cool, man. All in all, definitely not a good place to shop.
Lights ordered, broke during install
I bought some lights from this company not too long ago, but unfortunately, a few of them ended up breaking when I was putting them up. I contacted customer service for some help, but they told me that the warranty had already expired, so there wasn't much they could do to assist me. I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying from this company - you might want to reconsider.
Small vase purchase for Christmas
I just bought this little vase in time for Christmas and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The item went missing at first, so the delivery got delayed. And to make matters worse, the delivery company they used couldn't even get into the lobby, making it even more of a hassle. I gotta say, the whole thing was a huge headache and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
