Quality Products
Long back almost two years back purchased
Daybeds and Lounges and still looks new. Undoubtedly qualities are appreciated but prices are high.
My one order expected today to be delivered that is lighting from Vintage Chandelier ,
If any one can afford it,this is a right place for quality collection.Chairs I ordered
The chairs were nice, but I never got them because the company's communication was terrible. They just canceled my delivery without even giving me a heads up, so I ended up wasting my time and money for nothing.
Outdoor furniture
Their furniture might be ok but they have HORRIBLE CS & DELIVERY they never reply to questions or issues if you use email or their “live” web CS worse no call or any communication to let you know a scheduled delivery is not coming ( after confirming it that morning) wasting my time and money
It has been a nightmare doing business with Lexmod !
If I had put the delivery on hold for 5 days-- I consistently called Lexmod every single day to coordinate with Fedex.
Note that Fedex categorically said that ONLY THE SHIPPER can change this.
My question- Why was Lexmod consistently trying to mislead me in the first five days- with me calling Lexmod every single day?
Lexmod has shown terrible responsibility in processing the order and also by misleading me for 2 full weeks in the name of claim processing delay.
I trust my feedback and experience will help spread the word - and help people navigate beyond Lexmod.
