Professional people Quality equipments and quality pricing Recently I invested here on a costlier treadmill with this though no out side movements these days and at least i can do it at home .
One item which was left on last time visit i picked and booked .That is large exercise email equipment mat and machines lubricant.This was well here last time but didn't cared but now these items should must be who are using this equipment.
Life Span is company known for high quality exercising equipments and their accessories.
Obvious is price will be greater then anywhere.
But this is advisable too,must consult your doctor before buying any such equipment.TR800 walking desk treadmill
I just bought a walking desk treadmill from this fitness brand for $1200. But after using it for a short time in the first year, I had a big problem. The belt would suddenly stop, making me lose my balance and possibly hurt myself. I contacted customer support, only to find out that my warranty had already expired and they couldn't help me. They told me to lubricate the machine, which I did exactly as they said, but the problem didn't go away. The brand's lack of response and unhelpful customer service has really let me down and made me super disappointed and frustrated.
Treadmill desk, damaged parts
I recently bought a super fancy treadmill desk from this fitness company, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. The desk showed up all busted, and that was just the start of all the problems I've had. I tried to get some replacement parts, but it's been a mess. I waited forever - like 12 days - only to find out that the new desk top was messed up too and had to be sent back. And on top of that, the other replacement part never even got shipped, so now I'm stuck with a half-put-together desk in my office. Their customer service has been no help at all, not even a little sorry for the hassle I've been through. It's been over a month now since I ordered, and I'm still crossing my fingers for a desk that actually works. The desk itself might be decent, but the whole experience has been awful with all the delays, broken stuff, and terrible customer service.
TR1200-DT3 Under Desk Treadmill Purchase
My experience with the TR1200-DT3 Under Desk Treadmill from LifeSpan Fitness was a huge letdown. It took forever to get my order processed - like a whole month before it even got shipped out. When it finally arrived, the treadmill was busted and the delivery folks couldn't take it back. Now I'm stuck trying to get LifeSpan to schedule a pick-up so I can get my money back. I've been reaching out to them for 9 days now and still no luck. It's been a frustrating ordeal.
High-end desk treadmill TR5000 DT3
I got this fancy desk treadmill TR5000 DT3 from the company not long ago. Unfortunately, during a recent move, I lost the safety key after using it for about 10 years. When I checked their website, I saw that the key was out of stock with no restock date in sight. So, I reached out to customer service hoping to find a solution. I also sent a message through their site asking about an internal rewire, as it was mentioned as an option without any instructions. It seemed like even the reps didn't know about this solution. Two weeks went by with no progress, and I felt stuck with a $2500 piece of equipment I couldn't use. Luckily, a neighbor came up with a clever fix using an insulated copper wire wedged into the connectors and taped down. With just 10 minutes of work, I got my treadmill back in action. Unfortunately, I never heard back from customer service about my original question.
Treadmill purchase
My experience with the treadmill I got from LifeSpan Fitness was a real letdown. At first, everything was working fine for about 6 months, but then it all went downhill. The treadmill kept stopping out of nowhere while I was walking on it, which was pretty dangerous. On top of that, error messages kept popping up, and sometimes the treadmill wouldn't start back up after a few minutes.
Even though I had bought a 4-year warranty and tried reaching out to customer service for help, I was pretty disappointed with their response. They never picked up my calls or followed up on my online chats, so their customer service was basically useless. I even tried to use the extended warranty for some technical help, but that didn't work out either.
Honestly, I wish I never bought that treadmill from LifeSpan Fitness. Now I'm stuck with a broken treadmill after only 6 months of using it.Treadmill/standing desk purchase
I bought a treadmill/standing desk from this company and it was a disaster. They charged me right away, even though the item wasn't in stock. When the box arrived, all it had was the desk top - no legs or hardware, so I couldn't even use it. I tried contacting them several times for help, but never heard back. I'm thinking about reporting them for fraud and getting my money back.
Broken treadmill
I had a really frustrating experience with a treadmill I bought from this company. It's only two years old, and it started having issues in January because of a problem with the motor's electronics. When I tried to get help with fixing it, the customer service was terrible, and the warranty process was a mess. I tried to get the parts I needed for the repair, but the company couldn't get them to me on time. They even changed their delivery estimates twice, so I was stuck without a working treadmill for a long time. They told me in March that the parts wouldn't be available until the end of April, which means I'd be without a treadmill for a total of four months. That's just not okay, so I decided to get a new treadmill from a different brand. If you want a product you can rely on with good service, I suggest looking somewhere else.
