Luggage set and canvas tote
I just bought a luggage set and a canvas tote from this store. I needed the stuff sooner than they said it would come for an upcoming trip, so I asked about faster shipping. Lin from customer service was really helpful and made sure my things got to me way before my trip. When I got the tote bag, it wasn't the color I wanted. Lin took care of it right away and ordered a replacement in the right color without any issues. I was really impressed by how professional and kind Lin and the rest of the customer service team were in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way they handled it really made a difference in how I felt about my shopping experience. Big thanks to Lin and the Lily and Bean team for their excellent customer service.
Anniversary bags purchase
I really gotta say, from beginning to end, I was super pleased with the service I got, especially from Lucy. I bought a 3 bag set for my wife for our 10th anniversary, but then I found out they weren't gonna make it in time. So I got in touch with Lucy from customer service, and she really went above and beyond to fix everything up quick. Not only did she sort out the delivery problem, but the bags turned out even better than I thought they would be. I'm really thankful for all the awesome help Lucy gave me throughout the whole thing.
Backpacks for my daughter and me
My daughter and I bought backpacks from this store not too long ago, and we're so happy with them. They're really cute and seem durable. It did take a while for them to come - ten weeks, in fact - but the customer service folks were good about keeping us in the loop. The only issue was the "wrapping" we paid extra for. The box showed up all beat up and torn, so I don't think it's worth it. But our backpacks are great, so all is good in the end.
Custom bag and 2 cosmetic pouches
I just bought a custom bag and 2 cosmetic pouches from this company. I was really happy with my purchase, everything turned out just the way I wanted. The bag did have a small issue when I got it, but the customer service team was super quick to help me out and sent me a replacement right away. I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful they were in fixing the problem. Their awesome customer service definitely makes me want to buy from them again in the future.
Personalized Tote
I was wondering if my order would arrive in time for my vacation, so I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful! This fantastic person named Lin assisted me and managed to deliver my order ahead of schedule. My tote is INCREDIBLE and incredibly soft, I was surprised since it's made of canvas. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I just have to say, the customer service I got from this company was top notch. Lucy, the gal I chatted with, was super quick in getting back to me and really went out of her way to help me with my order. And when I sent them an email, they didn't skip a beat in getting back to me too. That kind of attention to detail and speed really makes them stand out. I'm really impressed and definitely recommend giving them a try.
Customized gift bag, quick turnaround
I just had to get a special gift bag for a friend who was coming to visit, and I gotta say, the service and the product at this store were top-notch. Two bags
My time at the store was a bit of a rollercoaster, let me tell you. At first, I was pretty bummed about the late delivery of my stuff. They had told me it would take 6 weeks, which was way longer than I thought. But, when I contacted the Customer Service Team, they really came through and made sure I got my two bags right on time. Even though things started off rough, I was happy with how they fixed the problem and how quickly they handled the situation.
Broken strap bag
I got this bag as a little treat for myself after having my baby, but wouldn't you know it, the strap snapped on me the very first time I took it out. Luckily, Lin was super apologetic and sent me a replacement strap along with a little gift. I mean, I appreciate the effort and all, but now I'm just not as pumped about using the bag anymore. Kind of a downer, especially since it was supposed to be my first big outing after having the baby.
Personalized tote bag
I just got this awesome personalized tote bag from here and let me tell you, it is AMAZING! The customer service was seriously top-notch, they went the extra mile to make sure I had it in time for my vacation. The quality of the bag is top-notch, and the fact that it's personalized just makes it even better. It does take a bit of time to get it, but trust me, it's totally worth the wait. I'm absolutely in love with it! ❤️

The customer service at this store is seriously top-notch. So, I had a little trouble with my order, but Lucy really went the extra mile to make sure my travel bag got to me in time for my holiday. I ordered a bag from this place, but they ended up sending me the wrong print. Luckily, the customer service team was super nice and they fixed the mistake right away. It made everything go really smoothly. The quality of the bags is amazing, they're just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place for their great products and awesome customer service!
