    Paige loafer shoes, size 9 1/2

    As someone who knows a thing or two about shopping, I have to give a heads up to anyone thinking about snagging a deal on certain items, especially if it's a final sale. I recently bought a pair of Paige loafers in a size 9 1/2 and let me tell you, they were a whole size too small. The website didn't give any sizing info or a heads up that the shoes ran small. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they basically said tough luck because of the final sale policy, no refunds, no returns, no store credit. They recommended I pay to get them stretched, not exactly the best solution. Loeffler Randall should definitely be more upfront about sizing differences and provide more detailed info on their website to avoid these kinds of problems in the future. It's not cool to hide defects behind a final sale label, customers deserve better than that.

    Incorrect order

    I recently purchased some shoes and a bag to go with a dress, but they didn't match at all. I had to fork over $70 just to ship them back. And to make matters worse, my refund got delayed by 5 whole days, and on top of that, they took out $100 for "duties". When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, they were totally unhelpful. In fact, they even threatened to ban me from buying anything from them again! Can you believe that?!

    I bought a fancy pair of boots from your store last fall, but the zipper broke after just one season. I was hoping to get them fixed or replaced, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option. I really care about getting good quality stuff that lasts, so I was bummed out about the lack of help. It's disappointing to see that kind of attitude towards customers like me. It makes me feel like my loyalty and satisfaction don't matter. It's a shame because I could have been a repeat customer.
