Makeup products
I gotta say, I was really impressed with their return policy. Who would've thought you could actually return makeup? So, I decided to try out their Continuous Cover Foundation in hopes that it would work better than my usual L’Oreal one. Unfortunately, it ended up giving me that sun-kissed look I wasn't going for. Luckily, the return process was super easy and I got my money back in no time. But hey, don't let that one product steer you away because everything else I've tried from them has been awesome. The Smooth Out Eye Prime, blush, lipsticks, concealer, eye shadows, and pressed powder have all gone above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to step up their beauty routine.
Moisturising day and night cream
The stuff from this brand is seriously amazing and not crazy expensive. My husband and I are totally into the moisturizing day and night cream. The other day, he was outside in the cold wind and his face was starting to look a little rough, so I told him to use my moisturizer. He doesn't use it every single day, but when he does, it really helps keep his face from getting all chapped. The formula isn't greasy at all, which is a total game-changer for us. Aside from the moisturizer, we're also big fans of the exfoliating scrub, hand cream, lipstick, primer, and eye shadows. The quality of these products is seriously top-notch and we just can't get enough of them.
Eye liners purchase
I recently bought two eye liners from this company, and let me tell you, they are the best I've ever used! I've wasted so much money over the years on eye liners, but these are easy to put on and really top notch in terms of quality and price. And you know what's great? They're not just for us older ladies, even the younger crowd can use them too. I was so impressed that I told all my friends about this company right away. The video tutorial on how to apply the eye liner was super helpful, and now I feel good about ordering more products from them because I know they'll be just as great.
Smooth Like Silk face primer, Smooth Out eye primer, Never Feather lip primer
I've been a customer for a while now and recently tried the Smooth Like Silk face primer from your brand. I really liked it and thought it might work well for my eyes and lips too. But after seeing a tutorial from a beauty expert, I learned that using specific primers for those areas can make a big difference. So, I decided to get the Smooth Out eye primer and Never Feather lip primer, and I'm so happy I did. My eye makeup stayed perfect all day, and I only had to touch up my lipstick once. These primers have really improved my makeup routine. Thanks for your amazing products!
Face primer and concealer
The website was super easy to use and I really liked the tutorial links that gave me some awesome tips. I ended up buying all the primer products and concealer, and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by how great they were. The Smooth Like Silk face primer is just amazing - it's super light and made my skin feel unbelievably soft. The delivery was quick and the packaging was really pretty and well-done. I am totally obsessed with the skincare stuff I bought. It's really been a game-changer for my aging skin, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each one because they actually deliver on what they promise. And let me tell you, their return or exchange policy is a huge relief in case something just doesn't work out for me. The customer service from this company is seriously the best, they really go out of their way to help with any questions or problems. Plus, the how-to videos on using the products just give it that extra special touch for us customers.
Light Look Beauty Balm
I recently decided to give the Light Look Beauty Balm a try because I've had good experiences with other products from this brand. However, I was bummed out by this one. When I put it on after my moisturizer, I noticed it had an orangey tint when I squeezed it out of the tube. Even after trying to blend it in, the color just didn't match my skin tone. I've tried it a couple more times since then, but the outcome hasn't changed. I got it in shade 02, but for some reason, it's just not working for me.
Corrected order, prompt response
I just gotta say, I had a little hiccup with my order, but man, the customer service team really came through. So, I messed up on my order and wanted to fix it before paying, so I shot them an email on a Sunday, hoping they'd get back to me on Monday. But get this, in just an hour, I had a response and a new order all set up. And by Tuesday afternoon, my corrected order was on my doorstep. The service was quick and top-notch, way better than I expected.
Makeup products
I'm super impressed with the makeup stuff I got from this company. It's really great quality and the prices are totally fair. The how-to videos they have are awesome and have been super helpful in showing me how to use everything right. My favorite one was the everyday eye makeup tutorial I saw. It had this cream/rose gold/taupe mix that looks awesome on me, especially with the dark blue shadow on top of my lashes.

Nude lip liner and grey eyeliner
Oh my gosh, I got a nude lip liner and a grey eyeliner and they were absolutely amazing! I'm serious, I usually stay away from these kinds of products because of past bad experiences, but these ones were way better. The eyeliner glided on so smoothly and the LFF Tutorial videos were really helpful. Also, the products came in such nice packaging and they arrived quickly. I am seriously so impressed!
Lip and eye liners
OMG, these liners are amazing! I've been using liners for such a long time, but pencils freaked me out after one splintered (so terrifying, right?). These liners are like magic - they glide on so smoothly and the colors are just perfect! I could never find the right shades before, but now I'm a liner queen. I can't wait to try the primer when it's not so hot outside. Yasss!
Face palette purchase
I just got this face palette from this company and let me tell you, the colors are so natural and beautiful. It got here super quick and I was happy that I didn't have to pay for shipping. I had to place my order over the phone because of some tech issues, but Sue, the customer service rep, was amazing and really helped me out. This company is really on top of things and I can't wait to order from them again soon.
