    Lootcrate I totally suggest to people who games, that's the crate I have subscribed for.
    It is easy, not so expensive and totally worth it.

    Subscription box order

    I ordered a subscription box not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed to see that my order hadn't been sent out yet. So I reached out to customer service to see what was up, but all I got was an auto-reply saying the inbox was full. That's kinda sketchy and doesn't give me much faith that they can handle getting orders out on time.

    Quarterly subscription for one year

    I signed up for a quarterly subscription back in May 2021 thinking I'd get four bundles throughout the year. So far, I've only gotten one bundle. The other three have been delayed multiple times and still haven't been shipped. I've tried contacting customer support, but haven't gotten any help with this issue. Now my order is showing as cancelled with no refund for the items I never received. The lack of communication and bad service has been really frustrating.

    Original crate purchase

    I ordered my first original crate from this company not too long ago, and man, talk about a letdown. It's been six months now and I'm still missing stuff from my order. Every time I hit up customer support, I get these super generic responses that don't help at all. It's like they don't even care about me as a customer, just treating me like a random number. Let me tell you, this whole situation has me feeling pretty sour, and I'm thinking about taking it up with my credit card company.

    Monthly subscription box

    I've been getting monthly subscription boxes for a while, and I have to say I was super let down by this one company's service. I ordered my crate back in July and was told it would ship at the end of October. But out of the blue, they changed it to early November without giving any heads up. I had to reach out to them myself in the first week of November just to find out about the delay. Even then, they still couldn't tell me when my crate would actually ship. I had to bug them multiple times before they finally said it wouldn't be until late November. The lack of clear communication and all the back and forth really got on my nerves. Other companies can get their crates out on time, so I don't see any reason to stick with this one in the future.

    Subscription box ordered in April 2021

    I ordered a subscription box back in April 2021, but it's now August 2021 and I still haven't gotten it. Customer service wasn't much help - they kept saying the package was coming soon, but it wasn't. They finally offered to resend it, but that would take another 12 weeks. It's been a real letdown and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

    Quarterly subscription - missing box

    I just got my son a quarterly subscription, but we only got three out of the four boxes. The fourth one kept getting delayed, with the arrival time changing over and over on their Delayed FAQ page. When I asked customer support for updates, they just sent me back to the FAQ and then stopped replying at all. It was really annoying not knowing what was going on or how to fix it.

    When I first got my subscription box, I was pumped because I had heard awesome stuff about it. But then, after the company got new owners, the stuff inside got way worse. What used to be cool stuff turned into cheap junk. It felt like I was getting ripped off 'cause the box wasn't worth what I was paying. And on top of that, the company made a bunch of promises they couldn't keep. My whole experience with this subscription box has been a huge letdown.

    I totally understand that delays can happen, but come on, how difficult is it to send out a box every month? Plenty of other companies manage to do it without a problem. Sure, the items are awesome, but is it really worth waiting weeks for them? Maybe if you're incredibly patient, but for the rest of us, it's a real struggle every time that tracking number stops moving. And let's not even get started on overseas shipping - it feels like they're sending it by carrier pigeon. Time to step it up, folks!

    I signed up for the subscription box service as a customer, and I have to say I am really disappointed with the way things have been handled. There's been a lot of confusion and frustration with the shipments - I'm not getting any updates when my packages are on the way. And when I try to follow up on missing items, it's like pulling teeth to get a refund. They keep pushing me to accept different products I never wanted. None of these solutions are fixing the problem, and I'm just stuck here with nothing to show for it. It's really discouraging to deal with all of this on my own without much help from the company.

    Gaming Crate Purchase

    I ordered a gaming crate back when the pandemic was messing with everything. I knew there might be delays, but I waited it out for a whole 6 months and still didn't get my hands on that crate. Then out of the blue, I got an email saying my order got axed without any reason or refund. I tried to get in touch with customer support through those support tickets, but no one ever hit me back no matter how many times I tried. This company's sketchy, especially since it changed hands during covid.

    Fear crate purchase

    I recently bought a mystery box with high hopes of getting cool and unique stuff to add to my collection. However, the whole thing was a letdown. Even though I ordered way ahead of time to make sure I'd get it by Christmas, it didn't show up until December 30th. The customer service was meh, just giving me canned responses that didn't really help. And what was inside the box? A crummy t-shirt, two lame badges, and a terrible Dracula figure. The packaging even looked like someone messed with it. All in all, this purchase was a huge bummer and definitely not what I was expecting.
