    I bought a pair of post earrings a week ago at your Frisco, TX store. The backs of both earrings are very difficult to get off the post. I ... get one of them off the post to even remove it from the packaging. Took them back hoping to exchange for a pair that "worked" since they were defective. I know there is a no return policy for earrings. Sems only fair that defective earrings would be an exception to this rule. Obviously, I didn't wear them since one never got disattached from the packaging. The clerk was able to remove them with a lot of effort. It would be very difficult to remove them once they were on your ears. She called a manager to see if I could exchange them. I was told I could not. I am definitely not going to be able to wear them. I didn't want a refund. I only wanted to exchange. Seems very unreasonable. I was disappointed with this poor customer service. I have purchased other earrings from Lovisa and been so happy with them I will not be coming back.
