Love this business and there clothes are amazing
hoodie
Purchased a "cute" hoodie for my granddaughter's birthday. My credit card was immediately debited for the full amount. I never received a receipt or tracking number. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. Just hope it comes!
2 shirts and a hat
Has been over the 2-3 weeks for my order placed on 5/6/23.and I get no actual update and on top of that the one shirt that did arrive didn't even fit with their measurements chart. I wear an XL ordered a 2x so would be little big but fits like medium. Can't get an actual response regarding anything because all emails are generic and there is no other way to reach anyone at this company.

I had horrible customer service with this company. First of all, i couldnt get ahold of them when they sent me the wrong items. When i finally did they acted like it was my fault when clearly my invoice showed I ordered corretly and they messed up the order. First they said i had to pack it up and pay for shipping. When i said you gave me the wrong item they said well we will send a label and you have to ship it back before we give you what you paid for. When I said that was ridiculous they literally told me lol ?. They are withholding items I paid for and have no idea of consumer laws and they were so rude and mocking of me.

The owners of Luckless Outfitters have horrible Customer service and are extremley disrespectful to their customers. Purchased a hoodie that was the cheapest quality material and came with a hole in the seam. I was told that I must have ripped it and they were not willing to refund or replace.

Clothing is cute but customer service is horrible. Love what they sell but will never buy from this company again based on how they treat people. I requested an exchange for the bra because it was slightly too big. First they couldn't find the order then they ridiculed me saying if I had a larger chest it would be fine.
