Wedding dress purchase from website
I'm a customer from the UK, and let me tell you about the amazing experience I had while looking for my dream wedding dress online. I came across this website that had an incredible collection of Bridal gowns. After checking out all the different styles, I finally found the perfect dress from the Luxe Bridal range. Ordering it was super easy, and I was surprised when my dress arrived in just 10 days, all the way to the UK.
The quality of the dress was even better than I expected, and it fit me perfectly. But then, I found another dress on the website that I liked even more than the one I originally ordered. Thankfully, returning the first dress was a breeze, and the customer service team was super helpful. I knew that return postage wasn't free for UK customers, but I decided it was worth it to handle the shipping myself instead of getting a prepaid label.
The refund process was quick and smooth, with clear updates and tracking so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Overall, I was really happy with my shopping experience, and I would definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.Multiple orders since pandemic
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this store since the pandemic hit, and I gotta say, I've been really impressed with the quality of everything. Out of the five times I've ordered, there was just one item that didn't fit right because it was too tight in the bust. But the customer service team was quick and helpful in getting me the right size. The stuff I've gotten has been top-notch, no problems with the products at all. I don't get why some people have left bad reviews, 'cause my experience has been nothing but good. And shipping has been smooth sailing too. Unlike other brands like Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing, where deliveries took forever, I went with express delivery at this store and got my stuff super fast every time. All in all, I've had a really positive time shopping here and definitely plan on coming back for more.
Wedding dress purchase
I just got a wedding dress from this store and had some problems with the size. But let me tell you, their exchange policy and customer service are amazing. I got to talk to a real person from the US who made the whole thing super easy for me. There was a shipping issue because of UPS, but Lulu's really stepped up and helped me solve it. I was really impressed with how they took care of everything and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Recent purchase of heels and tops
I just bought some heels and tops from this store, and let me tell you, the quality of their stuff is top-notch. I've been shopping here for about two years now, and every purchase has been a hit. But, I did have a problem with one of the tops I bought this time around. The color was way off from the picture on the website. When I tried to return it, the whole process was kind of a hassle.
My new shirt
I recently bought this awesome shirt, but it was way too big on me! At first, I thought I wouldn't be able to return it because it cost too much, but then they reached out and offered to let me send it back for free! I was so relieved and grateful for the help.
