Sneakers in unique size
This was my first time shopping at this store and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The website was easy to use, which made it simple for me to find the sneakers I wanted in my size, which is usually hard to find. The store had a great selection, so customers with specific needs can easily find what they're looking for. The ordering process was smooth and quick, so it was easy for me to make my purchase. Although the store shipped my order promptly, there was a slight delay in the delivery by DHL, so it might be worth looking into other shipping options. But even with this small issue, I would definitely recommend this store for their awesome selection and easy-to-use website.
Bag on sale
I decided to take a risk and order a bag from this cute little boutique, not really sure what to expect. But man, was I pleasantly surprised! My whole experience was awesome. The shipping was crazy fast, only took about 9 days to went all the way from Italy to the USA. The bag was on sale for more than half off, so I was a little worried about the quality and if it was legit. But when my bag showed up, it even came with a dust bag and authenticity card, proving to me that this store is the real deal. I am over the moon with my purchase and for sure will be back for more shopping. Huge thanks for the great service and product! Grazie mille!
Golden Goose shoes purchase
I just got myself a fancy pair of designer shoes from LLF at a super low price. Everything went really well, from ordering to getting them delivered. The shoes came in perfect shape, all packed up nice and safe in a box with a receipt. It was cool to see how careful they were with the packaging. Plus, knowing that LLF is in Livigno, Italy, where there are no taxes, made me even more excited about the awesome deals. I'll definitely be coming back for more, and I totally suggest you check them out if you're into snagging designer stuff on sale.
Brown leather bag purchase
I recently bought this cool brown leather bag online and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service. So, after I ordered, this lady named Michela sent me an email saying there was a teeny mark on the bag. She let me decide if I still wanted it or wanted my money back. Michela was so nice and quick to reply, making sure I was happy with everything. I ended up going for the refund and got it pretty quickly. Overall, no stress at all, and the team's honesty really stood out. I'll for sure come back to shop here again.
Cute clothes
I really like the clothes they have, they fit me well and the colors are very fun! I made an order on Black Friday and they reminded me about customs fees, which was nice. The package arrived fast and everything was just like I thought it would be.
Colorful bag purchase
I found the perfect bag in this store in a really cool color. At first, I wasn't too sure about it, but I did some research and decided to go for it. Hey y'all! I just got some new clothes and I'm seriously pumped about it! The shipping was crazy fast, which is great 'cause I'm dying to rock these threads. Can you believe it only took 10 days from when I hit that order button to when they showed up at my door? And that's with all the covid-19 stuff going on. The customer service was top-notch too - super quick replies and they helped me out with all my questions. Plus, the price was killer - couldn't find a better deal anywhere else online!
Winter boots
I got these awesome winter boots from this place and they showed up crazy fast at my apartment in NYC. The shipping box was super sturdy and the boots were in their original packaging, all shiny and fresh. I bookmarked this website now because the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely shop with them again!
My order issue fixed
I was so confused at first trying to find my order, but then I checked my junk mail and there it was. Customer service was super quick and super nice. I just wish it was easier to find the contact info and order number on the website. They fixed my problem really quickly though. Thanks, guys!

They have great prices, however they take forever just to fulfill and ship an order like 3-5 days before they even ship but if you order over a weekend day an entire week. They charge you $50+ for shipping and don’t include insurance at all which is ridiculous so if anything happens to your package and you have to reach out to them they are no longer nice people they become rude and tell you it’s not their fault and they aren’t responsible you won’t get a dime back in return. And to add i salt to injury they make you pay for return shipping which you’re only allowed 14 days instead of 30. Products are authentic and don’t come with original boxes either. They package them in regular brown boxes and ship them out
