Elegant leaf design curtains
I am so obsessed with my new curtains from Lush Decor! The packaging was really nice, and the curtains were carefully folded in a thick zipper bag, so no wrinkles. The leaf design is super delicate and pretty, giving my room a touch of elegance without being too much. The rod opening is big enough for different sizes, which is awesome. I really love how the buttons and top color contrast in my room. These are my third set of curtains from Lush Decor, and I can't get enough! The quality and design are amazing, and I totally recommend them if you want to spruce up your home decor.
First purchase
So this was my first time checking out this place and oh my goodness, I am absolutely loving it! The stuff they've got is just top-notch and the customer service is on point. Had a little hiccup with my delivery getting nabbed, but then I chatted with one of the staff members, let's just call her Dana. She was beyond helpful and made sure I got my order in a jiffy. She even went above and beyond to assist me with a package that wasn't even from their store! Seriously, Dana rocks! Thanks to her, I'll definitely be coming back here for more shopping.
Bedding purchase
I recently had a little problem with the bedding I bought. I contacted customer service after hours, didn't think I'd hear back right away. But to my surprise, I got a call back the next morning from a rep who really went out of their way to help. Todd Bergman was super friendly and really made sure my issue got taken care of quickly. He even went above and beyond by checking my next order to make sure there wouldn't be any more problems. I have to say, this was hands down the best customer service I've ever had.
Matching curtain for bedspreads
I recently had a great experience with a customer service rep at this company. I asked about getting curtains to match the bedspreads I wanted to buy, and Todd really went out of his way to help me. He not only quickly answered my questions but also made sure my order was right. Todd noticed that the colors I picked wouldn't go together, so he gave me a call to talk it over. We worked together to find a perfect solution. Todd's focus on the details and making sure I was happy was really top-notch.
Comforter Set
The comforter set I bought at the store arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how nice it looked. The colors were so bright and the fabric felt really soft and fancy. I had a question about how to take care of the comforter set, and the person I talked to in customer service was super nice, knew their stuff, and gave me all the details I needed. It was refreshing to talk to a real person, especially in this digital world of online shopping.

These drapes are seriously top-notch quality. I'm totally blown away by how helpful the customer service was. They not only gave me a great deal, but Todd really went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right with my order. Window treatment purchase
I gotta give a huge shoutout to this dude Todd for hooking me up with some amazing customer service. I was struggling to find this one window treatment, but Todd came through and totally saved the day. He really took the time to listen to my issues and walked me through all my options until we found just the right solution. I can't thank Todd enough for all his help and how professional he was. This guy has totally won me over as a customer for life for this company.
Kitchen valance purchase
I just got this kitchen valance from here and I couldn't be happier! The fabric is really nice and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. I was kinda bummed when I saw that one of the buttons was missing, but I contacted customer service and Todd was super helpful. He sent me some extra buttons right away at no extra charge, which was awesome. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the great customer service I got.
Excellent customer service experience
I just gotta give a big shoutout to the customer service rep who totally saved my order when I bought the wrong thing by accident. Dana was on top of it right from the start, replying fast and fixing my mess-up without any issues. It's so nice to come across such helpful and friendly customer service in a world where it can be hard to find. Dana definitely deserves all the praise and then some for her amazing work.
Order Fix & Quick Delivery
I had to fix my order because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Kim from customer service was really quick to respond to my email and help me out. She even used my coupon for me, which was great! The item arrived in just a week and I was really pleased with how fast and simple the whole process was. It's tough to come by good customer service nowadays, but this team/company really knows how to deliver!

I just bought a comforter set from this company and I gotta say, I was so happy with how good it is. The design was spot on, just like they showed on their website, and the material is super soft and luxurious. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd totally think about shopping with them again down the line.
Quilt and shams
I bought a quilt and shams, but I forgot to update my shipping address. I talked to Todd in Customer Service, and he was amazing. He took care of everything, and even got the products rerouted to my current address. Todd is the best and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
