Oh my god, I just got the most amazing waist trainer ever!! The shipping was crazy fast and it even came in this super cool bag for free. Tatiana has a ton of awesome videos on YouTube that totally answer all your questions. And there's this Facebook group where we all share our waist training stories. The team is always there to help out if you have any questions. Seriously, if you're in the market for a waist trainer, this is definitely the spot to check out!
Size XS purchased
I got an XS at first, but it was too small for me. Good thing I also got the extenders, they helped me make the corset fit just right. The XS was a bit tight and left some bruising on my hip, but it was totally worth it. I'm so happy with my purchase and excited to get my XXS soon, especially since the delivery is coming really quickly.
Waist trainer purchase
I tried using this waist trainer, thinking it would help me slim down, but it didn't work at all for me! I followed all the instructions, wore it daily, ate well, and exercised, but my waistline didn't change a bit. Complete waste of money!
Waist Trainer Purchase
This waist trainer is totally not worth the money! The sizing is all weird, and don't even get me started on the headache of trying to return it. It felt like it took forever just to get that email confirmation to send it back, and there's no way to talk to a real person for help. And on top of all that, I had to pay for the shipping to return it. Even after swapping it for a different size, trying to fasten all those hooks is pure torture. I finally threw in the towel and now it's just sitting there collecting dust on my shelf. Save yourself the trouble and money - this isn't worth it at all, and I definitely don't recommend it.
Size 4XL short and extender
Hey, just wanted to give you all a heads up if you're thinking about ordering from this company. Definitely make sure you really check and double-check the sizing before you pull the trigger. Their sizing chart is all over the place, and I ended up with the wrong size because of it. Dealing with their return process was a total nightmare - had to jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops, only to end up with a gift card instead of a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, they even got rid of my size after I finally managed to return the item. They flat-out refused to refund me or exchange for the right size, and instead tried to push me to buy extenders for more money. It's super frustrating to feel like I'm being forced to spend more money because of their mistake.
Waist trainer purchase
I recently bought a waist trainer from this company and was bummed to realize it had latex, which I'm super allergic to. They didn't mention anything about the fabric on their website, so that's on me for not checking first. Anyway, the waist trainer itself is pretty nice quality, but it runs small. When I contacted customer service about exchanging it, they said I'd have to pay for shipping both ways to get a store credit, which I thought was pretty lousy. Turns out, they don't offer any shipping refunds or returns, so that was a bummer to find out.
Unfair return policy
I was really let down by this company's return policy. It says that even if you don't open or use the item, you'll only get store credit, not your money back. It seems shady and just not right to treat customers that way.

I bought a waist trainer and the fabric and stitching were great, but the metal bones inside were super low quality. They broke really quickly, so the whole thing was useless. And when I tried to contact customer service for help, they were MIA. Dealing with a company that doesn't back up their products or communicate with customers was so irritating. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back since the company was ignoring me. Needless to say, I won't buy from them again and already found a new company to check out instead.
Small corset return
I recently tried to return a small corset I bought, brand new and in great shape with the tag still on it. I followed all the return steps, paying $16 to ship it back with tracking. But, surprise surprise, I got back a short and unhelpful message saying they wouldn't take it back because it wasn't in the original packaging. No info on whether they'd send it back or give me a refund. I've tried reaching out and complaining multiple times, but their system keeps rejecting my messages. Can't even find a phone number for customer service. Seems like this company wants to make returns impossible and talking to them a huge hassle. I'm so frustrated and let down by all of this. Ended up finding a similar corset on Amazon for way cheaper, and it even came with an extender. Thinking about reaching out to my bank for help with this mess. To anyone thinking of buying from this company, steer clear - their business practices are a mess.

Don't even bother dealing with this company! I bought a waist trainer but needed to exchange it for a different size. I emailed them about it, and it took forever to even get the exchange approved. I finally sent the item back with tracking on April 1st, and now it's the end of May with no update from them. Their customer service is a disaster and their exchange process is a complete mess. I'm definitely never shopping with them again!

I ordered a waist trainer a couple weeks back and still haven't gotten it. It's been impossible to get a hold of customer service, and they ain't getting back to me at all. I'm so fed up with this whole situation and I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I just bought a waist trainer from this company and honestly, it was the worst quality I've ever tried. As soon as I put it on, I had a bad allergic reaction. The material was not only uncomfortable but the customer service for returns was really bad. Their policy says if you cut the tags or use it, you can't return it. Plus, they want photos of the item you're sending back which just makes getting a refund a hassle.
Ordered on Sunday, contacted for tracking, no response
I placed my order on Sunday and I was so hyped to get my hands on my new stuff. They sent a confirmation right after, but then nothing. Three days passed and still no word. I finally decided to reach out and ask for tracking info and find out what's going on, but no reply! If they don't get back to me soon, looks like I might have to dispute this order!
