Shoes and shirts

I have purchased many shirts from their Tampa/ Hard Rock store. This time however Ia pair of sneakers caught my eye. They had my size on display, I tried them on and bought them. A couple days later I wore them around the house and both shoes squeezed very loudly, I drove the 1.5 hours to return them only to be told that even defective merchandise was only exchangeable. Needless to say that even as much as I like their style, I won’t be back.
