I have been a customer of Mackage for a few years now and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with their brand. From their high-quality materials to their stylish designs, I have never been disappointed with a Mackage purchase.

This is actually my second time buying from this brand, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed all over again. The Kent Z coat is exactly what they described, and the exclusive Garnet color online looks absolutely stunning. The whole ordering process went real smooth and my coat showed up just a few days after I placed the order. The way they packaged it was real impressive, making sure it arrived in perfect shape. I've shopped from this brand before, and let me tell ya, the quality is top-notch and definitely worth the price. When I compare it to other similar brands like Canada Goose and Moose Knuckles, I truly feel like this brand is the real deal and gives you a lot of bang for your buck.
Jacket repair
I just got my jacket fixed up and man, the customer service I got was off the charts. Brittany, the special agent handling it, was a total rockstar. She kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure everything was going smoothly. The way she communicated was next level and her help was like nothing I've ever experienced. Brittany's super friendly attitude made me feel totally taken care of, and I was seriously blown away by how professional she was. I'd 100% suggest her and this company to anyone in need of top-notch service.
Coat purchase
I bought this parka recently, and let me tell you, it's hands down the best winter coat I've ever had. It not only looks cool, but it's also super warm and great for any winter conditions. I tested out a coat from a popular Canadian brand and it doesn't even compare to the quality of my new parka from this company. Their customer service was also excellent, so now I'm definitely a customer for life.
Broken zipper on coat
I'm really bummed about my coat! The zipper totally broke after only one time wearing it, and now I gotta send it in to get fixed. Such a waste of money!
Ski trousers and jacket
I just bought some ski pants and a jacket from this company, and although I liked the quality of the items, I had a major problem with their return policy. I found out that the 14-day return period starts from the shipment date, not the delivery date, after I placed my order. This meant that by the time I got my items, I had less time to return them because of delays during the Christmas break and international shipping. The unclear policy was annoying because I felt pressured to decide whether to keep the items despite their expensive cost.
Coat purchase
I recently bought this super awesome coat, but then I found out it's actually made from animals in really awful conditions. It breaks my heart that animals have to go through such suffering just for us to look stylish. I really wish I had known about this before making the purchase. Let's all try to support brands that treat animals kindly!
Parka purchase
I had a good time at the store. The staff was really helpful and helped me find the perfect parka I was after. The parka is so nice, definitely worth the money. It's warm, looks great, and feels super comfy.
Coat purchase
I got this coat that I thought was so adorable, but it turned out to be way too small. When I went to take it back, they were like nope because I missed the return deadline by just one day! Seriously, give me a break! I used to be a regular customer there, but after that crappy customer service, I'm never going back. They were about as helpful as talking to a brick. So annoying and rude.
Winter parka purchase
It was advertised to keep me warm in temperatures as low as -25°C, but truth be told, it didn't even do the job at -10°C. My old parka, which cost way less, actually performed better than this one. And when I tried to return it because it wasn't warm enough, their customer service took forever to get back to me and then denied my request because I had already worn it once. Like, how else am I supposed to know if it will keep me warm if I don't wear it? The mix of false advertising and bad customer service really turned me off to this brand.
Expensive winter jacket purchase
Honestly, I was really not happy with the winter jacket I bought. I thought it looked nice and seemed like good quality at first, but after wearing it for a few days, I realized it was a total letdown. The double zipper on it kept getting stuck, making it a pain to zip up. When I tried to return it at the store, the manager wasn't helpful at all and kind of blew me off. She said I just needed to line up the zipper better, but for the amount I spent on it, I shouldn't have to deal with something so simple going wrong. Not being able to even return it because I had worn it was just frustrating and honestly pretty ridiculous. All in all, I regret buying this jacket and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Trish-x coat, silver fox fur lining
I bought the Trish-x coat with silver fox fur lining back in December 2023 for $1,590. The problem is that after wearing it just one time, I realized the fur was shedding like crazy! I was totally bummed about the quality, so I decided to reach out to the customer service team in January 2024 to try and get an exchange or refund. But guess what? They told me they don't do that if you remove the tags! Instead, they told me to fill out a "repair form" online. I tried to tell them I only wore it once and took good care of it, but they wouldn't listen. They made it seem like it was my fault the fur was shedding, not theirs. I was so disappointed with the product and the customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
Big coat too big!
I ordered this really adorable coat online, but when it showed up, it was way too big for me! So, I sent it back and they told me I wouldn't have to pay duty on the return. But then DHL sent me a hefty bill for the duty on both items! I've been going back and forth with Mackage and DHL, but no one is giving me any help. It's been super frustrating trying to get this mess sorted out!
Coat purchase
I'm really bummed about this new coat I bought. The zipper on the bottom fell off not long after I got it. I tried to get help from Customer Service, but it wasn't a quick fix. They asked for a bunch of pictures and ended up sending the wrong size zipper, and it took forever to get it. The person I talked to didn't seem to know what they were talking about when it came to the zipper type. They only offered a measly 10% discount on my next purchase, which was pretty disappointing. Overall, the coat I thought was gonna be great ended up being a letdown in terms of quality and service.
Expensive coat purchase
I bought this fancy coat from this brand, but lemme tell you, dealing with their customer service was a real nightmare. I lost the belt for the coat and when I tried to get a new one, their customer service was no help at all. It was a struggle just to try and replace it, and I ended up never even getting the belt. Honestly, this whole ordeal was pretty disappointing and now I'm not too sure about buying from this brand again.
Raincoat with faulty zipper
I bought a raincoat not long ago that I thought was the bomb - looked good and fit just right, but lo and behold, the zipper was messed up. Tried to work some magic and be gentle with it, but the darn thing conked out on me after only three weeks. Now I've got to fix it or replace it. Kind of bummed out about the quality not being up to par considering what I paid.
Purchased a jacket
These people are just all about the money, you know? They're making their jackets over in China using cheap stuff and then turning around and telling everyone they're top-notch quality. They need to switch it up and start getting those jackets made in Canada so they can really deliver on the good stuff for their customers.
