Well this has been quite an experience. We are in the process of trying to get a return and refund. The bikes were assembled without issue immediately upon delivery. Very nice construction and attractive bikes. The first weekend, we went for a ride and one of the bikes failed 11 miles into the ride with a communication error 30. We also discovered that the other bike had a problem with the pedal sensor. We immediately contacted Migicycle to get assistance. Well it has been 3 months now with multiple contacts and part replacements and the problem persists. To make matters worse, we fired up the second bike that had a pedal sensor problem, (still not fixed), and it too has an error code 30 now. It wasn't even ridden. So now neither bike is working. Professional support is needed and this is not provided by Magicycle. Since they cannot seem to support the bikes, we requested a refund so that we could find aother bike company. They then stipulated that "sorry it is over the 15 days...oh and you rode the bike more than 10 miles." Well 10 miles is not a stipulation in the refund policy, second, they were notified immediately that these bikes had issues. I would suggest you stear clear of this company. (When the bikes work...they are great though.) We will attempt to find a specialist that may be able to resolve this but at $200 a mile...best to find a strong company with good support.
