My Experience with Makartt

I just got some nail products from this site and let me tell you, they seriously impressed me! The stuff was top-notch and the prices weren't too bad either. But the customer service was what really stood out to me. They were so helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my order. Gel nail polish kit
I bought a gel nail polish kit from Makartt on Amazon. The stuff wasn't too bad for the price, but I did see prices go up after they got more popular. The thing is, my experience as an ambassador wasn't great because they didn't really communicate well or act very professional.
Incorrect order, no refund issued
I had the worst experience with this company recently. I ordered some nail products, but instead, they sent me a whole bunch of gel nail polishes that I never even wanted. I tried contacting their customer service through email multiple times, but they haven't done anything to fix the problem. I sent back the polishes I didn't want and asked for a refund, but I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with this has been so irritating, and I'm really let down by how this company has handled everything. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them ever again.
Gel nail kit
I got this gel nail kit and it was really cool when I first used it. But then when I tried to order more stuff, they started charging me random small amounts of money without giving me any explanation! It was super confusing and it really ticked me off. I usually just buy things from them on Amazon and never had any issues, but ordering from their website was a total mess. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again until they get this sketchy situation sorted out.
