Great Collections

Not all design but I liked this store Faren healed brands impressed me Yassy flat sandals are also good but pricing is very high Better option was to collect from Faren brand Four color options ,simple look sweet design Three colors were fine for me I will definitely back once used at least ten fifteen days But initial impression is good as just two days back delivered to meBooties purchase
I just bought a pair of booties from this brand and man, they were a huge letdown in terms of quality. I only wore them a few times when the heel straight up fell off. I tried hitting up customer service via email two times over two months, but no one ever got back to me. I even left a comment on their Instagram page, but got crickets in response. It's pretty obvious that they don't give a darn about their customers or the quality of their shoes. I'd say it's best to steer clear of buying anything from them.
Disappointing customer service and low-quality shoes
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered a pair of shoes, but one of them was refunded without even asking me. When I called to ask about it, the person on the phone seemed like they didn't care at all and told me to just keep checking the website. I saw that the pair was available again, so I ordered it once more, only to have it refunded again because it wasn't actually in stock. How can I trust this won't happen again? I asked to speak to a manager, but they flat out said no. And on top of that, they mentioned that they don't make outbound calls, which made me feel even more ignored. It was a really stressful and disappointing experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
Leather ballet flats
The leather ballet flats I bought looked cute and felt good on my feet at first, but dang, the strap snapped after only a couple days. The material looked flimsy, not like it was top-notch quality. I had to go and get them fixed at a shoe store, which kinda sucked. It's annoying to have to keep getting repairs on shoes that are supposed to be tough. Even with all that, I couldn't find another pair with the same vibe, so I'm kinda stuck with this brand for now.
Big mistake
I bought something from them and they ended up sending the wrong item. When I asked for a refund, they flat out refused. The customer service was super rude and unhelpful. They never respond to emails and will straight up hang up on you if you try calling. Overall, it was a really terrible experience and I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Black leather sandals
I just got a new pair of black leather sandals from this store, but man, am I bummed out about the quality! I only wore them like 2 or 3 times before the strap on the left one completely broke. I reached out to customer service, thinking they would have my back, but nope, they basically told me tough luck because it had been 3 months since I bought them. Seriously, it's so frustrating that a supposedly good brand won't do anything about such a shoddy product. I have shoes in my closet that have lasted me for years, so why did these fall apart so fast? Honestly, the lack of quality and customer service from this brand is a major letdown.
