Leather bag purchase
I was a little worried about getting hit with import fees when I found out that my order was coming from overseas. But turns out I had nothing to worry about because the delivery went super smoothly, and the customer service folks were quick to help out with any questions I had. The leather bag I bought is top-notch, just like I expected from this brand. It's made with really durable material that's even held up in the rain, so I know it's gonna last me a long time.
Two bags in Marcdown
I just bought stuff from this store for the second time, and it was awesome again. Ordering was easy, and my stuff got here super quick, in less than a week. This time, I got two amazing bags on sale. I got a discount on top of the sale price too, and an extra 20% off at checkout. The bags were just like they were described online, and came with everything they were supposed to. I have zero complaints and will definitely shop here again.
Tote Bag, Daisy perfume, Marc Jacobs beauty
OMG, for real, I am totally obsessed with everything I got from here. My Tote Bag is seriously super cute and fits all my stuff. And let me tell you, that Daisy perfume smells like heaven! I get so many compliments when I wear it. Marc Jacobs beauty products are a whole other level - they seriously make me feel like a queen, no joke!
Oversized tote bag purchase
I just bought this huge tote bag from this store and man, it was a mess. I placed my order, got the email saying they got it, but then the bag never showed up. And when I tried to get help from customer service, all I got was "sorry" with no real help. They wouldn't give me my money back or send me another bag. So frustrating! I spent forever going back and forth between the store and UPS, and still no fix. I was totally let down by the store, they really dropped the ball.
Black Friday purchase
I was really let down by my experience with this company recently. I bought something on Black Friday, but then a week later they told me they didn't have it in stock anymore. When I asked if I could still get the Black Friday price when they restocked, they said no way. It was pretty disappointing, and now I don't think I'll shop there again.
Dr. Martens shoes, sizing issue
My recent experience trying to buy Dr. Martens shoes from their website has been super frustrating. I tried to get a pair from their collab not once, but twice, and both times my order got canceled a few days later because they didn't have them in stock. Even though the size I wanted was there and my payment went through, the website didn't show the right stock levels. It was a letdown for me as a customer trying to buy something. The replies from customer service were kind of generic and didn't really fix the problem. All in all, it was a pretty terrible experience from a brand that's usually known for being top-notch and reliable.
Terrible customer service
My experience with the customer service rep at this store was just terrible. I had to deal with a lady named Natalie who was super rude and not helpful at all. She even hung up on me when I still had questions, which was so unprofessional. The way she handled everything was just awful and now I feel so frustrated and let down. Honestly, I was hoping for better service from a company like this.
Handbag gift for Christmas
I got a handbag as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but the shoulder strap ended up being defective. I've been trying to contact customer service a bunch of times, but haven't gotten any help. It was a big buy, and I just wanted the strap fixed, but that seems like too big of an ask. I'm really let down by the lack of response and the poor quality of the product. I won't be telling anyone to go for this brand, and for sure won't be buying anything from them in the future.
Recent purchase experience
I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase. It's over a week since I ordered, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. The customer service folks I talked to weren't much help. They just brushed me off and told me to contact their partner Global-E. But even after sending a bunch of emails to Global-E, I haven't heard back from them. So now I'm just sitting here waiting for my order, feeling let down by the company's lack of communication and responsibility.
Purses that don't last long
Man, these purses are such a rip-off! They seem all adorable and trendy in the store, but give it a month of everyday use and they're already falling apart. And don't even get me started on the customer service and warranty - total joke. It's like pulling teeth to get any help when your purse has an issue. No way am I ever buying from them again, no thanks.
Brown bag, $100
I ordered this adorable brown bag online, and somehow they sent me two instead of one. I tried to fix it, but they said it was too late and already sent. Now I have to pay $16 to ship it back. And, can you believe they haven't even reached out to me about it? Customer service fail, seriously. I'm done with them. Their service is terrible.
Bought a fancy bag
I got this really nice bag not too long ago and I brought it with me on a trip to Asia. But once I got there, the humidity caused my bag to get these gross green patches all over it! It looks awful and the store won't help me out with fixing it for free. My other cheaper bag from a different store didn't get ruined like this one did! It's just not fair!
Designer handbag
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered a fancy handbag right after the holidays, so I knew it might take a while to arrive. But instead of getting my bag, I got the wrong item almost three weeks later. When I contacted them to fix the mistake, they asked me to send pictures for approval of a refund or replacement, which would take another 3-5 days. I did everything they asked, returned the wrong bag, and now it's been over a month and I still don't have my refund. It's been a frustrating process.
Bag for Christmas gift
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bummer of a time when I bought this bag for my daughter as a Christmas present. First off, I was pretty miffed to learn I had to fork over extra cash for taxes when it got delivered to my door, never happened to me before. And then to top it off, when the bag finally shows up, it's not even how I pictured - the sunglasses that came with it were all busted up. Total letdown, man.
