I was pretty annoyed that they got damaged so quickly, especially since I splurged a bit to buy them. Despite that, I decided to contact customer service for some help. I gave them a call and right away they sent me a repair form, which I thought was great. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised when they said they wouldn't charge me the $15 processing fee for the repairs. I chose to do USPS Priority shipping both ways, and within two weeks, I got my sunglasses back looking good as new. I was really impressed with how quick and efficient they were with the repairs, and the customer service I received was top-notch. The whole thing made me feel happy and confident that I made the right decision in buying those sunglasses.
Sunglasses Repair
I accidentally broke the arm on my prescription sunglasses, but luckily I found out there was a repair place I could send them to. I checked their website and followed the directions to send the glasses in for repair. I was so happy when I got them back within a week, all fixed up, cleaned, and even in a new case, for a really fair price. I was super impressed with how well they took care of me, especially for how reasonable the cost was. It's not often you come across such great service that's also affordable, so major props to the company for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be telling others about them in the future.
Sunglasses purchase, great quality, amazing UV protection
These sunglasses are really something else! They look awesome, feel strong, and do a great job protecting your eyes from the sun. I had to send them in for repairs recently, and I was super impressed with how quick and efficient the whole process was. It only took a week from when I sent them out until I got them back. They even paid for the shipping both ways and replaced the nose pieces and arms on my old sunglasses, which are 4 years old. They even threw in a collapsible case, which I thought was a really nice bonus. It just goes to show how much they care about their customers and making sure you're well taken care of.

Repair of wife's sunglasses
My wife had a little mishap with her sunglasses and ended up breaking the left arm. Unfortunately, they were way past the warranty. But let me tell you, Maui Jim's repair crew totally came through! They not only fixed the broken arm but also swapped out both arms, the nose pads, and even threw in a brand new soft case. I was blown away by their above-and-beyond customer service. It's not every day you see that kind of dedication. Huge thanks to Maui Jim for making it right!
Scratch repair sunglasses
My sunglasses are seriously my favorite thing to wear, especially when I'm on vacation and they make the ocean look super vibrant. Sunglasses issue resolution
I had a little problem with my sunglasses the other day and they were out of warranty. But let me tell you, the customer support folks were awesome! I got to chat with a real person who listened to me and helped me out right away. No robots or waiting forever for an email reply, they were on it and fixed my issue in just a week. The way they handled everything was top-notch and really showed me they care about their customers.
Sunglass repair
Today, I had to stop by the store to get my sunglasses fixed. Let me tell you, the ladies working there were so amazing! Joanna and Mariangela were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took care of my sunglasses and were just so kind. It felt like they were treating me like a VIP. You could tell they really enjoy their job and are experts at it. I left feeling really happy with the whole thing. Big thanks to those ladies!
New sunglasses
I was looking for these really awesome sunglasses online but couldn't find them, so I checked out a store close by and they had them! I got them and they look so good on me! But man, the weather has been so crappy that I haven't been able to wear them out. The case they came with is terrible though, it feels like it's made out of paper or something! If I'm spending over $200, I want a case that's actually going to protect my shades, you know?
