    Forte Light Bag

    I recently picked up the Forte Light bag and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. It looks super sleek and stylish, just like they showed in the ads, and it's really lightweight which is perfect for using it every day. However, after using it lightly for just two months, I noticed an issue with the leather hardware. But even with that hiccup, I have to give props to the customer service from the company. They definitely came through, even though it took them a little while to get back to me, they were super helpful and helped me fix the bag issue. Overall, I'd recommend this bag to anyone who needs a good quality office bag that won't break the bank.

    This cool backpack gets me tons of compliments every time I take it out. A few folks have even asked me where I got it, but I'll keep that to myself. Sadly, after using it for a bit, the zipper pull broke on me. Luckily, the customer service team was speedy and really nice about it. They wanted some proof of the issue, so I sent over some pics and videos. They agreed to send me a new bag without any hassle.     I just bought the Maverick Double Zip briefcase and let me tell you, I love it! It's super sturdy and fits all my work stuff perfectly.     Blue leather bag for work

I sent them some pics in an email and they sent me a brand new one so quick, no questions asked! Their customer service is seriously top-notch.     Caveat emptor. Customer Service is terrible! Ordered a bag and didn't like after receiving it. Notified them within 3 days. Was told I would be responsible for shipping cost if I returned it. Also told my return would need to be approved. Not sure what they are reviewing. Bag has all it's original tags on it and paper in it. Been over 5 days, still not approved. Once you buy, you are out of your money whether you like it or not. Caveat emptor! Was excited and planed to return my bag and purchase a brief case. After this, would never order anything from this company.

    Manhattan Navy / Orange Briefcase

    Purchased the Manhattan Navy / Orange men's briefcase - and it was beautiful. I loved the bag, and was thinking i was very lucky to have such an aesthetically pleasing bag...

    Then after 5 months, the stitching on one end started to come out... This seems to be a result of the provided strap rubbing on the edge of the bag and wearing the stitches out.
    The bag is now coming apart, and when i contacted Maverick & Co about their response was "this is outside our 30 day returns policy" - basically a "sorry, deal with it"...
    You would think a bag that retails for $500+ AUD would last more than a few months, and design flaws like this would be taken care of... but it isnt.

    I then pushed the issue with Maverick & Co, and they offered a 20% discount on any product i wished to purchase, i am presuming to replace the (already inferior quality) bag that i purchased from them initially...
    Needless to say, they will not be getting any more of my money... Why would I be interested in giving them more of my money for products that are just not of a quality to last longer than a few months of daily use?

    Avoid, unless you don't intend to use the product for longer than a single season...
