Quality products !Quality price
Excellent products.Very useful . Undoubtedly no product is meant for very common customer as these are specialized products for physically disable or uncomfortable people .
My Mom who is not comfortable to move due to knees joints issues ,caused restricted movements
Doctors already suggested to use one wheel chair but she was not prepared to use any such facility.
As many of thinks ,such chaired person mentally or psychological get more harassed .
But just one reason should not be enough to ignore daily pain.So finally one portable power wheelchair brought from this store, I could not paid full payment and now paying partly every month and hope by next few more months will take to clear all amount.But yes, now she is comfortable and happy.Replacement battery purchase
I've been shopping at Med Mart for the past two years, and let me tell you, their service department is amazing. Every time I've had to deal with them, it's been smooth sailing. Just the other day, I needed to get a replacement battery for something I bought there before, and the person helping me double-checked all the info from my original purchase. It made me feel much better knowing they were on top of things. Overall, I'm super happy with the service I've gotten at Med Mart.
Medical equipment purchase
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service I got at Med Mart. The person who helped me out was super helpful and straight up, which you don't see too often. I knew I was getting a good deal for what I needed. And they even took the coupon I found online, saving me some extra cash. All in all, I'm really happy with how things went at Med Mart and I'd totally suggest them to anyone looking for medical gear.
Phone order purchase
I had such a hard time making my purchase online. I tried five times but it just wouldn't go through, so I finally gave up and decided to call instead. So glad I did because Daryl was so helpful! He was super efficient, nice, and got my order done really quickly. Having that phone number saved me, I would have definitely looked somewhere else if not for it.
Chair delivery before trip
I stopped by Med Mart the other day to grab a chair that I needed for an upcoming trip abroad. The salesperson there was really helpful, they answered all my questions and made sure the chair would get to me before my trip. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt good about my purchase since they took care of all my concerns.
Hospital bed purchase
Tim Fuller was really helpful and knew his stuff when he helped me pick out the perfect hospital bed. He was super professional and made buying it a breeze. I'd for sure suggest asking for Tim next time you shop here.
New mattress purchased
The customer service over at Med Mart was amazing! The staff really listened to what I needed, gave me helpful advice, and even helped me pick out the best mattress. They delivered it right on time, just as they promised, which made the whole shopping process super easy and quick. Thanks a bunch for the fantastic service!
Ewheel scooter
I have had this three wheel eWheel scooter for only five months but its medal parts are rusted all over. When I park the scooter it continues to move. So the brake is not good either. This is particularly dangerous if I already left and the scooter started moving due to the defected brake. The speed cannot reach higher than 8 when it should be able to reach 12. I contacted Med Mart requesting repair or return for this unrepairable defected product. I also sent in the required photos. Med Mart is slow in response and I am still waiting for refund. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Med Mart.
Electic hitch ramp
Orders $1300 product with estimated delivery or May 27 but have not heard a word from MedMart since order placed and paid for.
Not happy with customer service and considered cancelling order and fighting charges to Credit card.
