Quality earrings
I just bought some earrings from this company and was really impressed with how nice they are. But then, after a few months, one of the earrings broke. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me quickly and asked for a picture of the broken earring. They sent me a new pair right away without any issues. The new ones are great, and I think the first one breaking was just bad luck. I'm definitely sticking with this company for their awesome designs, quality, and prices.

Great size. Beautiful to look at. Problem is the posts are very weak and bend easily. I haven't even worn them for fear that the post is going to break off. Not great quality.
Beware: According to their website, earrings and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds or exchanges.I purchased the Atlas ring in gold. In one week the gold was all gone. I really wanted to support her. But the quality of the jewelry is just not good.

I've recently become a big fan and made a few purchases. I received today an order and the post was broken off on my star earrings. I was looking for return info and found that Earrings cannot be returned. I don't understand why? As much as I love everything, I won't be buying anymore earrings.
Baroness Neclace 15quot
Purchased 15", Baroness, gold-plated, simulated diamond tennis necklace 9n 6.11.2022. The price with coupon was $166.50. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. OR TIME!
While the box item arrived in was above expectations, the necklace was poorly made, the crystals were dull and had no uniformity nor any appreciable reflection under spotlight, the thin simulated gold plating already had spots on the plating itself where gold was wearing off sadly as well and was so light in weight as to feel insignificant.
I went on line to return item but could not find instructions on the website. I sent over 24 texts requests fir return instructions before receiving reply. The CR code dropped from my phone quickly as I wasn't able to recall code. BEWARE, BUYER!!
I canceled purchase on my credit card.
Using my laptop, I was able to access CR code, which I printed and took to FedEx.
FedEx handle return professionally.
Since finally obtaining a return code which FEDEX could use only today, 6.24.2022, I'll wait to see the refund on my credit card before commenting.Baby Samantha necklace
I ordered two baby Samantha necklaces for Christmas presents early December both of them arrived But one of the clasps was broke on one of the necklaces so I could not give it as a gift. When I contacted Melinda Maria to tell them I received a broken necklace they asked for pictures which I sent them right away and I have not heard from them since!! I’ve sent a couple emails asking them what to do with the broken necklace and if they’re going to be replacing it. I have heard nothing back! I have spent hundreds of dollars on their jewelry but I will not be buying any more
2 pair earrings 1 necklace
It states free returns on all products on each one of the pages to order from. But when trying to return earrings you cannot.Also they are not worth the price and I bought them on sale they look cheap & chintzy. Say they cannot return earrings because of hygiene. All stores allow you to try them on and wipe them down with alcohol. Another way around it for them. Think twice before you order I canceled the necklace order after seeing the earrings.
3 Neckleses
I ordered my items on December 13th, 2020 it said 5-7 business days for delivery. It is now December 28th and no word from them. I tried to Chat with someone and I got know where. I didn't expect this at all because I thought they were a legit company but I guess it does not matter who you are. Very disappointed.
I think this company is a scam.I ordered jewelry on Dec 16th as a Christmas present and never received it .They kept putting the wrong address on the shipping label even though they had the correct address,which was obvious from the receipt.Avoid purchasing from this company!!!!!!!!
Is it Me or do the earrings on the website especially on the person look way bigger that the ones that are mailed to you. They look so small and flimsy I am afraid to wear them right now. Not happy with the quality and size. Pictures are a lie!
