Emerald colored drill bundle
I've been a loyal customer of this company for over 2 years now and I recently decided to treat myself to the new emerald colored drill bundle. Let me tell you, I was blown away! Scarlet MS drill handpiece replacement
The handpiece on my Scarlet MS drill started making this really loud metallic noise whenever I cranked up the speed to over 10 rpms. It was super annoying and made it a pain to get anything done with the drill. So I reached out to the customer service team, and they were on it right away. I shot them a video of what was going on, and they checked it out pronto. In just a few days, they had a brand new handpiece sent out to me, which totally fixed the problem. Nail drill and nail dust collector
The nail drill I bought before was really great, it worked well and was top quality. So when I decided to get a nail dust collector, I was hopeful for good results. Dust collector/drill and bits
I've had this dust collector/drill for about 9 months now and I honestly love it! Ever since I started having allergies post-covid, I needed a way to keep working without getting affected by all the dust. Someone on TikTok suggested this brand to me and I'm so glad I listened. I also got the bits and they are absolutely worth it. Sadly, my pen drill gave out on me twice, but their customer service team was super quick to help out and I got a new pen within 2 days. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my experience and I'll definitely be recommending this brand to anyone looking for these kinds of tools.
Multiple shipments, one late
I had such a good time dealing with this company! My order came in a few different deliveries, and one of them was running late. But when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly gave me all the info I needed - like a tracking number and when to expect it. The package showed up just 3 days later, and they kept checking in with me every day to make sure things were cool. You could tell they really wanted to make sure I was happy with my order.

This revamped drill is great! Nice cord length, rests nicely in the hand, minimal vibration even at the faster rpms. It doesn't heat up with use and is very quiet. As a professional nail artist i am happy to add this to my list of favorite and recommended tools.Great customer service
