I was in a hurry during my short visit to Dubai and needed to get my hands on an iPhone 15 Pro Max ASAP. So, I reached out to customer service at this company and let me tell you, they were super helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. They promised me that my phone would be dropped off at my hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road before I had to jet off to the airport. And guess what? They came through - the phone was delivered just 4 hours after I placed my order. I was seriously impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything. I'll definitely be coming back to these guys the next time I'm in Dubai.
JVC TV Purchase
I bought a JVC TV from this store and had a lot of issues with the delivery. They advertised the JVC TV with a promise of delivery in 2 days, but then they called me to say they were out of stock. They tried to get me to take a different TV, but I said no and asked for a refund. Then all of a sudden, they said they did have the JVC TV. This made me question their honesty.<br><br>Despite their reassurances, the delivery of the JVC TV has been delayed multiple times. It feels like every day they come up with a new reason for why it's not here yet. I'm fed up with their lack of transparency and reliability, so I asked for a refund and canceled the order.<br><br>This whole experience with this store has been a letdown and makes me doubt their trustworthiness. I plan to report them for their misleading advertising. I definitely won't be coming back as a customer.
Instant delivery promise, delayed processing, and poor customer service
I bought something from this website and they said I'd get it right away. But it took longer than I thought, and when I contacted customer service, they said it might take 5-10 minutes. That was just the start of my problems. Eventually, they asked for my ID and pictures of my bank card out of nowhere, which was weird and made me uneasy. I've never had to do that on any other site I've shopped on. To top it off, they told me the processing would take forever, turning what was supposed to be instant into what felt like forever. Frustrated with the lack of communication and slow service, I asked for a refund and now I'm waiting to see if they'll actually do it.
