Natural makeup products
So, I've been holed up at home during this whole pandemic craziness, and honestly, my makeup game went out the window. But guess what? I stumbled upon this awesome makeup brand that gives me that natural look while still making me feel put together. I even slid into their DMs with a pic asking for help on finding the right shade, and they hit me back super quick! The products are fire and the shades I snagged are spot on. Plus, all those YouTubers out there raving about them? Totally legit. But hey, word to the wise - resist the urge to grab the whole shebang at a discount. Opt for the smaller sets and just tack on what you need separately to save some cash. Oh, and when I had a hiccup with one of the products, I shot them an email and they shipped out a replacement quick as can be. These folks are on their A-game! Can't get enough.
Makeup purchase
I just got a new makeup set with foundation, blush, eyeshadow, and mascara. It took me a minute to figure out how to use everything right, but I found that going easy, layering it on slowly, and going for a more natural look works best. The serum that came with it isn't really doing much for me, but the other products are great. They help me look put together every day and give me an extra boost when I want to spice things up. Yeah, they were a little pricey, but I caught a sale and stocked up on some must-haves. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
Mascara purchase
Forget about all those other mascaras, let me tell you, this brand's mascara is the real deal. I've tested them all and this one is top-notch. The brush is amazing, you don't need a lot of product, it goes on smoothly with no clumps or smudges. It's just the best. And let's not even get started on their foundation sticks and blushes - they're gorgeous. This brand has completely won me over. I'm saying goodbye to all other brands, Merit is all I need now.
Versatile makeup purchase
I just bought some makeup that I'm totally loving. The shades slick, minimalist stick, and day glow are my favorites for adding a little color to my face. What's cool about them is how easy they are to put on - no pulling or tugging, and they blend really nicely without leaving any weird lines. Plus, the free signature bag that came with the purchase has been super useful for when I'm on the go or trying to keep my makeup organized at home.
Cheek/lip balm
I was so pumped to give that cheek/lip balm a shot, but man, was I let down. The packaging was top-notch, but the actual product was a total letdown. I put it on, and poof, it was gone after just five minutes! No color left behind at all. I was going for a low-key makeup vibe, but this balm was so faint, you couldn't even tell I had it on.
Recent online purchase
I just made an online purchase and man, I was so bummed out by the delivery service I got. The package was just left out there in front of my house for everyone to gawk at, and when I finally got back, it was gone. When I talked to the company about it, they basically told me tough luck and only offered me a lousy 10% off my next buy. Like, seriously? Do they really think I'd wanna shop with them again after all this mess?

I really love the cute little bag that comes with this makeup. It kind of reminds me of a fancier version of another well-known makeup brand, but the quality is definitely top-notch. The packaging is so convenient when I'm out and about and need to freshen up my makeup in a hurry. I can tell they really put a lot of thought into the design of these products.

Unfortunately, I got sucked into the hype once more and bought the mascara and blush from here. You know what? I was not impressed one bit. The mascara was watery and all clumpy, like something you'd find from a super cheap brand. And the blush? Just as underwhelming. What a total waste of money!
Defective item replacement
I recently had to reach out to customer service because I got a defective item. But let me tell you, the person on the other end was no help at all and honestly pretty unreasonable. I tried explaining the problem, but they just wouldn't budge or care to help me out. It was super annoying and really bummed me out, made me feel like they didn't care about keeping me happy as a customer.
Eyeshadow purchase
I messed up by ordering from this company before checking them out first. I only got two eyeshadows, but I thought about getting more until I read the reviews. After I placed my order, I got an email saying it was shipped, but the tracking info said otherwise. I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't respond until I got PayPal involved. It took days for the shipping company to actually get my order, and it was missing the free makeup bag that was supposed to come with it. The eyeshadows were just okay and way too expensive. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again. Sephora should really think about their partnership with them. Avoid this company at all costs!
Unsatisfactory customer service experience
I just gotta say, dealing with this company was a total letdown. The customer service folks totally ghosted my emails and were straight up unprofessional and rude. They didn't even bother to help me out with my questions - instead, they went ahead and canceled my order for no good reason. And when my order finally showed up, it was missing stuff, which just made me even more mad. On top of all that, I've heard stories about people getting double-charged and not getting their money back. I seriously suggest steering clear of this company.
High-quality products
In my opinion, the customer service at this company was really disappointing. I bought some top-notch products, but I was so frustrated with the lack of help from the customer service team when my order went missing. I tried emailing them multiple times, but I never got a response or any kind of solution. It's just sad to see a company with such a good reputation treating their customers like that.
Makeup products
I am really let down by the makeup products I bought. The serum is too runny and just goes everywhere, making my face feel all sticky. And the concealer is just terrible, it's all cakey and can't even cover up my blemishes. The highlighter, contour stick, blush, mascara, eyebrow gel, and lip oil all don't last long and are definitely not what I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend these products, especially for the price.
Lipstick purchase
I recently bought a lipstick and sadly it had a big dent in it. I contacted customer service about the issue but they didn't apologize and said the dent was normal. After some back and forth, they agreed to give me a refund, which I appreciated. However, the next day I saw that they had actually charged my credit card instead of refunding me. When I reached out to customer service again, they denied the mistake and didn't investigate further. Their lack of accountability is worrying, and I'm thinking about reporting this as fraud.
Ordered some gear two weeks ago
I ordered some awesome gear two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived! I even emailed them and didn't hear back. I'm super upset. I'm going to contact my bank to get my money back. Definitely steer clear of this place!
Various makeup products
I recently bought a bunch of makeup stuff from this brand and it was a real mixed bag. Some things were kind of a letdown, like the instant glow serum - it had a weird texture and left my skin feeling greasy. The minimalist product was a bust too, didn't blend well and made me look all dry and clumpy. But on the bright side, the clean lash mascara was pretty decent. It made my lashes look natural and defined without getting all hard and crispy. The flush balm was another winner, gave me a nice rosy cheek look which was great when I was going for a low-key no makeup vibe. All in all, I didn't find a winner with every product in this haul and some of them definitely didn't justify the high price.
