Monogram Initial Purchase
I just got a monogram initial from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice it is. The size is just right and the paint job on both sides looks really solid and well done. When I got it, I had a hard time deciding where to hang it because it looks so good in every spot I tried. I ordered it on December 13 and with all the mail delays going on, I knew it might take a bit longer to arrive. It actually came on January 11th, which was still in the timeframe since it was custom-made. I wasn't planning on using it as a Christmas gift, so the delay didn't bother me much. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again. If you're thinking about getting one, check out their Facebook or Living Social for any discounts they might have. Highly recommend!
Last name sign purchase
I recently bought a last name sign from Metal Unlimited and the whole experience was great. I got the 18-inch version in copper on June 10, and it came on June 20 right on time. During the process, they kept me updated on my order, which I really liked. When it arrived, I was super happy with how it turned out. Even though people have been getting my last name wrong for over 70 years, the name sign was perfect and correct. The material was a little thinner than I expected, but it was still a really good product with a flawless finish. My wife loved the belated anniversary gift, so it was definitely a successful purchase overall.
14 inch black clock
Bought this as a wedding shower gift. Love it... Great quality, fast shipping, easy assembly (I did watch a quick video to make sure I put it together correctly), and is such a personal gift. This is not the first time I've ordered from this company, and I've always rec'd high quality, persoanl merchandise. This will certainly not be my last...

Custom wedding sign
I recently bought a custom sign for my wedding from this company to give it a special touch. Unfortunately, I found out someone else accidentally made the same order. I tried to fix it by reaching out to customer service to cancel my order, but I never heard back after many tries. It was super frustrating to be ignored and told they wouldn't cancel the order before even starting to make it. This bad customer service and refusal to help with a simple request really turned me off, and I won't be suggesting this company to others in the future.
Christmas gift purchase
I just bought a Christmas present from this company, but man, it was a total letdown. I waited forever for my order and when I finally reached out to ask about it, the customer service person was so rude and not at all helpful. Got a refund in the end, but it was too late to give my special gift. Bummer.
Two sign orders
My experience with this company was a real letdown. I ordered two signs, but they told me they couldn't fulfill the order and promised a refund. Surprise, surprise, the signs showed up anyway, and I got charged for them, even though I bought them from a different company. I tried reaching out by email and phone several times, but no one ever got back to me. Now I'm stuck with signs I didn't want and I'm out $240+. The lack of customer service is beyond disappointing.

I'm seriously so frustrated with this company. I ordered a metal sign ages ago and they still haven't sent it to me. I've been trying to get in touch through emails and calls but it's like they're ignoring me. Finally got a person on the phone and they said my order had some issues and needed to be redone. Why couldn't they have told me that earlier? I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone unless you like waiting forever for your order.
Custom metal sign purchase
I'm really bummed out about the lack of communication on my order. It's been three weeks since I placed it and I haven't gotten any updates on what's going on. The customer service automated responses are not cutting it and just adding to my frustration. Unfortunately, the gift I got won't make it in time for the party, so that's pretty embarrassing. This whole thing has been a letdown and I won't be ordering anything else from this company in the future.
Wedding gift
I recently got a custom sign as a wedding present from this company. It ended up taking way too long for them to get it to me. I waited 2 months to finally get it, and they weren't great at communicating with me about it. They don't even have a phone number listed on their website, so I had to rely on email. When they did finally respond to me after more than a week, it was short, didn't explain the delay, and didn't tell me when it would ship. By the time I finally got the sign, the wedding was already over, so the gift was useless. I used to order from them a lot, but now I'm not so sure I want to give them my business again.
Custom metal sign
I ordered this cool metal sign from this company and they charged my card right away. But then, weeks and weeks went by and still no sign! I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times, but got absolutely no response. Man, I was so bummed about the total lack of communication and the fact that I never got what I paid for.
Large order issue
I placed a big order back in May 2023 and man, it was a disaster. Even though the company said they sent it out already, I couldn't find my stuff anywhere and they told me to go bug the post office about it. So, I did some digging and turns out my order got stuck in some warehouse out in CA. Now I'm trying to cancel the payment through my credit card, but I might be out of luck.

I ordered a metal sign from this company as a Christmas gift, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. They said it would ship within 5-7 days, but it's been 18 days and still nothing. Christmas has passed, and the gift is nowhere to be seen. When I tried to cancel, they refused to refund me, going back on their own promise. Customer service is terrible - they don't care about their customers. This company doesn't keep their word or respect their customers. I'm really disappointed and frustrated.
Christmas presents order
I ordered 5 Christmas gifts from this company, believing their promise to deliver before Christmas if ordered by a certain date. Unfortunately, my stuff got sent out late and I didn't get them until after Christmas. And to make matters worse, I only got 4 out of the 5 items I bought. Trying to contact the company was a mess since their phones were off due to lots of calls, and their email responses were automated and no help. They didn't even respond on Facebook. It was all just a really bad experience.
Anniversary gift
I ordered this really awesome anniversary gift back in July, but then the company totally ghosted me! They took my money, sent me a confirmation email, and then disappeared. I tried reaching out by phone and email, but got no response. I had to get all Karen on them and report to BBB and dispute the charges with my bank. It was so frustrating!
