I had such a great time ordering my mystery pack on Black Friday! At first I had a bit of a problem, but the customer service agent I talked to was so friendly and really helped me out. They even sent me a survey after our chat and I got to give them a gift card as a thank you! And the underwear is awesome - I ended up getting 10 more pairs in a mystery pack and saved over 60%!

My overall experience with the brand has been pretty good. I like how fast customer service is to answer questions. But I have noticed a few differences in the materials and sizes of the products, which can be kind of annoying.
