    Mind blowing products

    Wow what a collections I loved all products .Being a student from Hyderabad India ,I was not aware about Michelle kors ,even didn't heard before from any sources or friends.
    One day I saw a digital link of this store,well visited and loved all products,at the same time products were very costly ,at least for me .But after taking permission from my parents I booked on dress .Only one .Even I can't think about second one.
    Paisley Georgette smock scarf sleeve dress.It was so attractive I couldn't stopped myself.
    Today I am wearing it on very special occasion Thousands of appreciation received so writing review today after 50 days of receipt.

    Michael Kors handbags and purses

    I wanted to share my thoughts because I've been buying these bags for a long time and they've never let me down. The folks at the store are really friendly and helpful, definitely deserving of 5 stars! However, I had a bit of a bummer experience with the customer service. I reached out asking for some dust bags, but never heard back from them. So, I'm giving them just 1 star for dropping the ball. Next time, I'll just ask in person at the store.

    Unhappy with return policy

    I just bought something at this store and man, their return policy is a total bummer. Basically, if you're not happy with your purchase, they won't give you a refund for stuff that's never been used. Nope, instead they only give you a gift card, kind of making you spend more money on stuff you might not even need. So not cool. Definitely not a fan of this store and wouldn't suggest shopping here.

    Purse from Christmas gift

    My husband got me this really cute purse for Christmas, you know? It cost like $700 and I was so pumped to use it every day. But you won't believe what happened. A few months later, the strap started peeling! I went back to the store where he bought it, but they said I had to contact the company. Michael Kors didn't do anything to fix it! And then the chain broke off the strap! Ugh, total waste of money. I'm super let down by the purse quality and the customer service. Definitely won't be buying from them again!

    Blue purse and wallet

    Oh my gosh, I just had the worst experience buying this blue purse and wallet online. I needed to change my shipping address, but they refused, even though my order hadn't shipped yet. It was so frustrating! They kept sending me emails about my stuff shipping to the wrong address, and I was so worried. After talking to them on their website, they finally agreed to reroute it, but man, what a hassle! I'm definitely not shopping with them again. Coach is way more reliable in comparison!

    Watch purchased in October 2022

    After just a year, the winder on my watch broke off. Dealing with customer service was a total nightmare - I had to send it to Fossil group and now they want to charge me for a repair. Mechanical issues should definitely be covered, no question about it. I'm seriously thinking about taking this unacceptable customer service to small claims court.

    I had a bad experience with this customer service rep named Kerri. We were chatting online about a return I sent back, and Kerri was rude and just ended the chat out of nowhere. I gave her the tracking info that proved the item got to their hub on February 26th, but she still said they didn't get it and told me to wait another two weeks. It was so annoying and made me really unhappy with the service. Because of this, I won't be buying anything from this store again.

    It's been like three weeks since I returned this terrible cheap coat I got. I tried clicking on the link in the email to check on my return, but it's not working at all. I can't even get in touch with customer service, so I just went ahead and filed a claim with my bank.

    I got these new shoes that were really cute, but when I opened the box, this gross bug crawled out of them! Ew, it was so nasty! I took some pictures and told the store about it, but all they said was thanks and that's all. Pretty disappointing if you ask me. Definitely not planning on shopping there again if they have bugs in their merchandise.

    Bought a watch Gen6 Bradshaw

    I bought this watch, the Gen6 Bradshaw, and it just wasn't good. Right off the bat, I had problems with it. So, I called customer service but they were so rude and unhelpful. They didn't do anything to try to fix the issue or even give me my money back. I'm really upset about the whole thing!

    I just got this super cute watch and it wasn't even that expensive! But let me tell you, it seriously took forever to finally arrive. I ordered it on January 21st and it didn't show up until January 30th. I was pretty bummed out about it!

    Tote bag purchase

    My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered a tote bag online, and even though the delivery date they promised has already passed, I still haven't gotten it. When I contacted customer service for help, they just told me to wait until a certain day for the package to come. But that day has already passed, and I still don't have my bag. The company's poor communication and failure to fix the issue is super frustrating, so now I just want my money back.

    I got these shoes and they were such cheap quality, the zippers wouldn't even zip right. I've been trying to return them for ages and haven't gotten my refund yet. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm never shopping at that store again, no way.

    I bought a handbag from this company and man, let me tell you, the whole thing was a total letdown. The quality of the bag was seriously lacking - there were loose threads everywhere and the stitching was all wonky. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund, but they were so rude and unhelpful. Can you believe they only offered me a partial refund when I deserved a full one? Ridiculous! It's been weeks and I'm still waiting for my money back. Their lack of efficiency and professionalism in dealing with customers is just plain awful. I definitely won't be making any more purchases from them.
