Mediocre experience with Milk and Baby
As a customer of Milk and Baby, I have had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, their website is easy to navigate and they offer a wide variety of products for both baby and mother. However, their customer service leaves something to be desired.
I have placed several orders with Milk and Baby and each time, the shipping has been slow. It often takes them a week or more to process and ship my order. Additionally, when I have had to contact customer service, I have found them to be unhelpful and slow to respond.
Despite these issues, I do appreciate the variety of products that Milk and Baby offers. They have a good selection of baby gear and clothing, as well as nursing and maternity items. The prices are also reasonable.
Overall, I would say that Milk and Baby is a decent option for online shopping for baby and mother products, but be prepared for slow shipping and subpar customer service.
