I got these moccasins online from the company's website back on August 15th, but I haven't gotten any emails confirming my order or telling me when they'll ship out. Even though PayPal let me know they took my payment. Also, I realized the seller listed on PayPal wasn't the company I thought I bought from - so confusing! I tried reaching out to the email PayPal gave me and the company's service center on August 23rd for more info, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I really hope those shoes show up soon, or else I might have to dispute the payment through PayPal. This whole thing has been really disappointing, and I probably won't be buying from them again in the future.
Sports shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of sports shoes from Minnetonka, and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. First off, the shoes showed up way later than they were supposed to, which was really annoying because I needed them for a specific event. Then, after wearing them for just a little while, the stitching on one of the name labels started coming undone. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but I never got a response. The fact that they didn't communicate with me and the low quality of the product is just not cool, especially considering how much I paid for these shoes. Overall, I'm super unhappy with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend Minnetonka to anyone.
Shoes
I ordered these shoes online thinking they were gonna be awesome and comfy, but when they showed up they were missing parts. I tried to return them, but they straight up ghosted me every time I tried to get help on their website. It was a major letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all!
