Baseball display case purchase
I just got a baseball display case from MLBshop, but it came messed up in the mail. Luckily, I talked to a guy named Michael who told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and sent in some pictures. He promised to send me a new one without making me send back the messed up one. The new case just got here today and it's great! Michael's help was awesome and really made me a happy customer.
Jersey purchase
I ordered this really awesome jersey, but they just kept sending me the wrong stuff! I mean, come on, how difficult is it to get it right? Thankfully, this super amazing person named Cristin stepped in and totally saved the day. She was so friendly and really knew her stuff. If everyone at that place was as great as her, my order would have been perfect from the get-go.
T-shirt and hat
I recently ordered a t-shirt and hat from this website, but there was a little mix-up with one of the items. Let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch! They got back to me super fast and fixed the issue quickly. The person I talked to was really nice and made sure I got the right item right away. All in all, it was a great experience!
Delivery Update<br>
Cristin was awesome when I called - she helped me figure out when my package was coming. She said it'd be there that night, and she was spot on! I really enjoy shopping here, so huge shoutout to Cristin and Bruce for their help. Thank you!
Apparel and merchandise
The clothes and stuff I got were just like they said they'd be and looked in the pictures, and I was happy with how they fit and the quality. But, one thing was a little too big. It's been a super frustrating experience trying to reach customer service to get a refund. The website for returns isn't working right, and the emails I get back from customer service are just automated and don't actually help with my problem.

BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service they do not stand on what there delivery date say, also they expect the customer to do a so much to get there product. Also they will not give a refund. I will never buy from this site again. One and done for me.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

BUYER BEWARE- good selection of items but horrible customer service and return process. Tried to exchange an item because of size. Online chat process did not work. Phone IVR said it could handle it but did not respond to prompts about return. Just kept saying it would said link in message if I said yes. When I said no, it would start over. Finally got to a human. They do not exchanges items. You have to return it and reorder. They CHARGE YOU SHIPPING on both ends. I hope I can find an alternative site that has comparable products and better customer service.
