Mobile home part store is really helpful and they have good collection of items which are really amazing in quality and also they have supportive customer care. here I get most of the items which are easily available and also they keep the stock so I don't have to look for another place overall saying, it saves time a lot as I know where I am going to find something and gladly, they have it so yeah it saves me from the hassle.

Storm door + hardware
Placed an order for a storm door and associated hardware. Was told the next day of a 4 week backorder status. Called 7 weeks after order date to be advised would be another 8 weeks. Customer service agent hung up on me when I asked for a refund, but fortunately show it was refunded back via my card issuer.

Door
Ordered a door under the advertised 2-3 day shipping terms. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks by e-mail. I sent them an e-mail stating to them that if they didn't ship my door that was supposedly there for the last 8 days, that I would cancel my order. They e-mailed me back they were cancelling my order because I threatened to cancel.
