Nice clothing shop ,almost all products are of daily usages Some of them are different then normal apostles I use to buy Rainbow swing Skirts in multicolor picked in good numbers Never prefer such type of clothes First one Orange Groove shorts impressed me Not only me also who seen me wearing asked about the seller
So back again and dozens of Orange groove shorts repurchased along with Rainbow swing skirts Beauty is quality of cloth and softness How nicely designed i can not stop myself coming back here within few days

I've been a customer since 2016 and I've always been happy with the quality of the plus size shirts and tops I've bought. I used to love that they were made of cotton blends, not the cheap polyester blends you often see in stores or online. But my most recent order had tops made of a polyester blend, "Viscose" + Spandex, and I was pretty bummed about it. I'll have to return what I can and start shopping elsewhere for my clothes.
Red polka dot dress
I just bought this cute red polka dot dress from the store, and let me tell you, I was really impressed. Ordering it was a breeze, the customer service was top-notch, and the price was totally fair for the quality. Plus, the delivery was pretty fast, which was a nice touch. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping experience and I'd definitely think about going back in the future.
Black dress purchase
I just bought a black dress from an online store, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I never even got my order, and when I reached out to customer service, they ghosted me for weeks. Not knowing what was going on with my purchase drove me crazy and left me super annoyed. After waiting two whole months, I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. It's really too bad because I used to love shopping with this retailer, but I'm never giving them my business again after this mess.
Dress purchase from Modcloth sale
I recently bought some stuff from a big online clothing store when they were having a sale. But lemme tell ya, the experience wasn't great. I put in my order on 12/29, and right away they hit me with a message saying there was a delay 'cause they were moving warehouses. They originally said it would take about a month, but it just kept draggin' on. The worst part was seeing the stuff I bought being sold at full price on their site while I was waiting for my order to come in. When I reached out to ask about my stuff, they pretty much gave me the option to just cancel it and get my money back. It felt like they were trying to make up for the delay by sellin' the items at a discount, hopin' to sell 'em at full price later if folks like me canceled.
Order not received
I just made a purchase online, but haven't gotten it yet. I paid for Express shipping but haven't heard anything about where my order is. Being an international customer, it's disappointing to not have any updates or communication from the company.
Cute dress
I bought this dress back in December, and now it's March and it's still not here! I've tried emailing them, but they haven't been very friendly! I just really want my dress!
Cyber Monday Dress Purchase
I scooped up this dress I'd been wanting for a while during Cyber Monday when it finally went on sale. Only 10 left, so I was like, let's do this! But then a few days later, I got hit with a refund notice out of the blue, saying they were all out of stock and my dress wasn't on the way. Just to add insult to injury, I still got charged for the shipping, which really rubbed me the wrong way.
So, I decided to call customer service to get to the bottom of it. The person I talked to was just so short and unfriendly about it all. They did refund the shipping, but not one word of sorry, before hanging up on me. It's like, seriously? I've been in customer service roles too, and I know there's a better way to handle that whole mess than just being cold and indifferent about it.Christmas party outfit
I ordered a Christmas party outfit from this store and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how long it's taking to ship. I placed my order over two weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent out. The tracking info shows the label was created, but no updates since then. This is really frustrating, especially during the holiday season when I need it on time. I've had issues with this store before, which is why I didn't shop here for three years. Not only is the shipping slow, but it's so expensive - $12 for just three items is way too much. On top of that, it takes forever for stuff to arrive, or it gets cancelled altogether. On the other hand, I ordered something else from a different store and it arrived in a week with no shipping fee. This whole situation has made me never want to shop here again.
Floral print dress
I bought a floral print dress from this company not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The dress just didn't measure up to what I was hoping for, especially considering how much I shelled out for it. The fabric felt like it came from the bargain bin, and to top it off, the stitching was all wonky in a few spots. I really thought this company, which used to have a solid rep for good quality stuff, would deliver better than this.
Delayed order frustration
I wanna share how disappointed I am with the service of this company I bought from. I ordered back in early January and still haven't gotten my stuff. I tried reaching out several times about the delay, and every time they tell me they're moving warehouses and the shipping date keeps getting pushed. First, they said I'd have it in 2 weeks, then they pushed it to 1/30, and now I'm hearing other customers are being told 2/29. That's just not right. If I don't hear anything in the next few days, I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole situation is just a total mess and feels like a scam.
Overpriced international shipping
Modcloth's conversion rate for Australian customers is way higher than what it should be, making people pay more than they should for their stuff. It's frustrating for folks buying from abroad, especially since they're already shelling out extra for shipping. The customer service folks said they ain't gonna fix the exchange rate on the site, so we're stuck paying those jacked-up prices. The clothes are cute and all, but it's just not worth it for a dress made of some poly blend from China.
Funky and unique designs
I bought some stuff from this online store because they're known for their funky and one-of-a-kind designs. But, I was kinda bummed to see that the clothes weren't as good as they used to be. The return process took forever, and their excuse of updating their site for three months was getting old. They did answer my emails, but it was just generic stuff that didn't really help. Even though the quality has gone downhill, I still dig their cool designs.
cute dress
I wanted to get this really cute dress from here but they wouldn't take my Visa gift card as payment! And don't even get me started on the customer service people - they were totally rude and not helpful at all. All they could say was to buy their gift card instead, like seriously?
