Various jewellery items
I ordered jewellery from Monique when in lockdown a year ago..to the value of AUS$12,000.00, they cancelled a couple of my orders as they sold to someone else...i was not happy with that..especially waiting 5months to be told that...and no deliveries of my other purchases.
I cancelled the other orders, and requested a refund. I was told they are not able to refund my money back into my account, and I had to see my bank. My bank was dumbfounded at that, as they said that they definitely could transfer my money back into my account.
I have sent numerous emails, tried calling with no response from them. I see now they have closed their website down!!
I warn anyone buying from Modnique, DON'T...THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!Earrings
Purchased earrings Nov 2019 and still no shipment. Requested refund numerous times and no response. Site now closed and emails don't deliver.
Earrings
I purchased earrings at the end of November 2019. I never received them. Last I I heard was in January 2020. I was told the earrings was coming from Italy and would be delayed due to covid19. Today is September 14, 2020. The web site is shut down. No product and no refund and no contact information
