I'm 44 years old, and my hair is naturally wavy and thick. I was really struggling with it losing its thickness, luster, and length. My hair started to become thin and brittle, with ends that looked like strings, which made it impossible to grow past bra strap length. My time shopping on this website was okay, I guess. They have a decent variety of products and the prices are just average. But man, their customer service needs work, especially after you make a purchase. I had some questions that seemed to take forever to get an answer to, super annoying. On a better note, the delivery was actually pretty quick, can't complain about that. All in all, it was just meh. I don't think I'd suggest it to someone who's looking for exceptional service or a huge selection to choose from.
