    Quality of liquid formula is good for purpose unfortunately Packing quality also fine and attractive Over all products are good whatever purchased including body wash that is fine Two points are which is need to be improved Delivery scheduled and customer service assistance After sales services is an big problem really

    Fragrance Set

    I recently ordered a fragrance set from this company and at first, I wasn't sure because I had seen some bad reviews. But turns out, it was all good. My order got delayed a bit because Black Friday was too busy, but I reached out to customer service and they kept me updated. When the package finally came, one item was wrong. I emailed customer service and sent a pic of the wrong item. They replied super fast and even called to say sorry for the mess-up. They sent me the right item right away and I was able to enjoy my fragrance set with no more problems. Overall, I had a really good experience with this company and I was happy with the customer service.

    I went to my favorite store on Cheapside the other day to find a goodbye gift for a friend. Scott and Ayra, the team there, were amazing! They really went above and beyond to help me out, giving me some awesome advice on finding the perfect gift and even wrapping it up all nice for me. I definitely suggest checking out this store for any gift-giving occasions!

    "Multiple gift-sets order"

    I ordered three gift sets not too long ago, but I was pretty bummed when they all came in one big box. I wanted them to be individual gifts, so that was a bummer. I tried to get in touch with customer service twice about it, but got no response at all. Now I gotta buy separate boxes and re-package everything myself, which is annoying and feels kinda shady.

    Shower gel and lotion gift set

    The gift set I ordered for Christmas was a total letdown. It arrived three days late, and to top it off, the gift box was missing. When I called to complain, the customer service rep was pretty useless. They just said they could send the gift box after the holidays, which defeats the purpose of a Christmas gift. After I explained how frustrated I was, the rep finally offered me a sample pack as an apology. I got the sample pack today and it just had three tiny bottles of shower gel with a note that said 'enjoy'. That's not enough to make up for their mistake. The whole experience left me super disappointed with their customer service and lack of effort to fix things. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    Watch out when you're thinking about buying from this company! I bought a few things from them, but when I changed my mind and wanted to cancel, they still sent it. And to top it all off, the returns aren't even free. And let me tell you, what you're getting is definitely not worth the high prices they're charging.

    Expensive purchase of bath products

    I recently bought a bunch of bath stuff from this store, and let me tell you, it was a big purchase. But man, their customer service was seriously lacking. I sent them a bunch of emails and didn't get a single response, which was super frustrating. And when I tried to leave a review to let others know about my experience, they censored it and didn't even bother to address my issues. It's pretty disappointing when a company can't handle some constructive criticism and make things better. The products themselves were decent, but the fact that the customer service team couldn't communicate or be responsive really bummed me out.

    I ordered some stuff from this discount deal I saw in a magazine, but when I got the confirmation email, they didn't include the discount. I had to show them proof of the offer, and even threatened to get Trading Standards involved before they finally honored the discount. They didn't even bother to say sorry.

    Misleading free delivery

    I was really excited about the whole free next day delivery thing for my order, but then when I went to check out, they added a delivery charge of £6.95! Totally felt like I was being tricked - super misleading. Really bummed me out, you know? If you're gonna say it's free delivery, then it should actually be free. Don't try to pull a fast one on your customers. Needless to say, I was pretty annoyed by this shady move.

    I just bought something online and was totally surprised to see that I got charged for it three freaking times! And when I reached out to customer service, they gave me the runaround and told me it'd take days to get my money back because of some so-called "computer glitch." That's just not cool! It felt like they were straight up robbing me. It messed up my finances and stressed me out for no reason.

    Shower gel order

    Oh man, what a mess! I ordered this shower gel back on November 23rd, and I was eagerly waiting for it to arrive within the 7-10 days they said it would take. But guess what? It never showed up. I tried emailing customer support, but got no response. Then I decided to give them a call, and boy was that a mistake – I was put on hold for what felt like forever, with no call back like they promised. Finally, after a ton of failed attempts, I managed to get a hold of someone who told me that my package had somehow disappeared in their system. They said they'd send me the order again, along with a little gift for my trouble. But surprise, surprise – when the shower gel finally arrived on December 14th, there was no gift in sight. Talk about a headache! Next time, I'm definitely sticking with a more reliable company like White Company for my special Christmas gifts.

    Shower gel delivery for gift

    Man, you won't believe this, but every time I order that fancy shower gel as a gift, they always forget to include the gift bag. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to remember to add a little bag, right? So when I called them out on it, they were all like, "Oh, we can send it to you, but it won't arrive until Tuesday." Like, come on, my friend's birthday is on Monday! And then they're like, "Oh, we'll throw in some minis as a goodwill gesture." What am I supposed to do with tiny bottles when I needed the gift bag? Not cool, man!

    Difficult refund policy

    This store left me feeling disappointed after my first shopping experience there. I bought something in person last week and then changed my mind and wanted a refund. But when I came back a few days later, I found out they only do exchanges, not refunds. Wish they had told me that right at the start because I might not have bought it then. And none of the workers mentioned it either when I bought it, which was surprising, given how much I paid for it. The receipt I got isn't super clear either. It says unopened items can be brought back within 28 days, but that's different from what the staff told me. All in all, I left feeling like customer satisfaction and clear communication weren't a priority for this store.

    Fiery Pink Pepper fragrance in travel size

    I just bought the Fiery Pink Pepper fragrance in a travel size from the store because I really loved the free sample I got. But when I tried the one I bought at home, it was totally different from the sample. The scent was not what I expected at all. I tried contacting the company by email, but had trouble getting my point across because the emails weren't going through. I also filled out a general inquiry form online, but had the same problem. The fact that I never got a response or any acknowledgement from the company really let me down and made me feel disappointed with their customer service.
