    Preordered camera

    I preordered this camera and was so stoked to get it once it was ready. But man, let me tell ya, it wasn't a cakewalk. It took forever for the camera to ship, thanks to everyone and their mom wanting one too. It was super frustrating, to be honest. But props to Moment for keeping me in the loop on where I stood in line and when my camera was finally shipping out. And you know what? The camera got to me earlier than expected, which was a nice little surprise. Despite the hiccup with the delay, I'm pretty dang happy with the camera and super appreciative of Moment for keeping me in the loop.

    Camera preorder cancellation

    I just had to cancel a camera preorder with Moment, and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! I sent an email asking to cancel, and within 5 minutes, I got a refund notification and confirmation that the cancellation was done. The person I talked to was super friendly and made everything so simple. I really liked how fast they were and how well they treated me. Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back to Moment for more purchases in the future.

    First purchase experience

    I just bought something from this company for the first time and overall, it was a good experience. The shipping was super fast for one package, but the other one got lost. Becca from customer service was awesome though - she fixed the problem right away. It's nice to support a company that treats their customers well and is so helpful.

    The Moment team was so helpful and knowledgeable - they really knew their stuff and gave me great advice. The app itself is awesome, super easy to use with lots of tutorials to help out. I'm really excited to give the lens a try after reading all those amazing reviews.
