Lunch box purchase
I got this lunch box last year and let me tell you, it was amazing! Had a few glitches, but the customer service was so responsive and took care of everything right away. The lunch box is top-notch quality, and all my buddies were diggin' it too. I'd totally recommend it to anyone!
kids' lunch box
I've always been a fan of kids' lunch boxes, so I decided to get a new one from the same brand. Unfortunately, this time I was let down. Even though it claimed to be super tough, it fell apart after just one drop. I thought it would hold up better, especially since it's for kids and all. When I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful. They just said it was my fault for dropping it and didn't offer to do anything about it. In the end, I was pretty disappointed with both the product and the company's customer service.
Faulty lunch box
I ordered this really nice bento box from an online shop, but man, it turned out to be a real dud. I used it for just three days and it wouldn't even close right. Like, what's the point of a lunchbox that can't even do that basic job, you know? So, I sent it back with a note about the problem, but the seller totally shut me down. They said it was used and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. Thankfully, the shop where I bought it stepped up and gave me my money back, but still, for the amount I paid, it was pretty lame.
