Mediocre Experience with Monstrum

Well, I've had some experience with Monstrum, and overall, it's been pretty average. I've ordered a few items from their website and the process was straightforward enough. The selection of products is decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more variety in the designs offered.

The pricing is about on par with what I would expect for this type of product, not too expensive but not exactly cheap either. Shipping was pretty quick, and the items arrived in good condition.

One thing that I didn't particularly like was the customer service. I had a question about one of the items I had ordered and when I reached out to them, I didn't feel like I was getting a straight answer. It was a bit frustrating.

All in all, I would say that Monstrum is a pretty average company. They have a decent selection of products and their pricing is fair, but I wasn't overly impressed with the customer service. If you're looking for something specific, it's worth checking them out, but don't expect to be blown away.
