Mother jeans purchase
I just got these jeans from the store and man, I was not impressed with the quality. They started sagging after a few times wearing them, and it was pretty shocking how fast they lost their shape. I paid a good amount for these jeans so I expected better. I really liked how they looked, but I had to take them to a tailor to get them fixed to keep them looking good. It was an extra expense and hassle I wasn't expecting. Overall, I was not happy with my purchase from this brand.
E-gift card purchase for international recipient
My experience with the online customer service support was terrible. I own a brand that sells and ships internationally, and the customer service team at this company really dropped the ball. I bought an E-gift card for my mom in the US, even though I live in another country. I used my Visa card with my overseas billing address, but had so many problems. I could pick a billing address from any country during checkout, so I thought they took international payments. But after I paid and the money was taken from my account, I never got the e-gift card. Also, I couldn't put the recipient's info in directly, so I had to get the gift card myself and send it on. When I asked for help from customer service, they said they don't take orders from other countries and the e-gift card had to go to someone in the US. Even though I confirmed this, they said they don't take payment from overseas cards, which doesn't make sense with what I saw during checkout. I had to explain to them how to handle their sales, Shopify settings, and payment system, which was just ridiculous.
