Partner of pandemic period
Under this pandemic time most of us liked to work so many untouched things.This is a period who teaches us new lessons of life what we never cared before.When services stopped from all the side ,almost everyone started themselves.
At cleaning and repairing I focussed and learnt so many new skills.Many hand tools from here MSC , collected,Hand tools set with multiple tools,tools holding accessories ,bags cleaning oils ,cleaning home etc.What i purchased is a long list but appreciable is MSC people were with me from March 2020 till now..just dealt with one shop for type of items .Very economical and trustworrhy.Industrial drill bits
I just bought some industrial drill bits from your company and I gotta say, I was really impressed by the selection and quality of the products. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I needed in no time. The descriptions and reviews really helped me make up my mind. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience.
Mitutoyo calipers
I recently bought a set of calipers on their website, hoping to get it in time for Christmas as a gift. But after waiting for two weeks, sending emails, and making phone calls, I found out my order was canceled with no explanation. The lack of communication and reliability was really frustrating and disappointing. It made me feel like they didn't care about wasting my time or not giving me the product I paid for.
Two products purchased
I recently bought two items online. I was happy to see they were in stock and ready to be delivered. The website said they would arrive on Friday, which was great because I needed them for a job on Saturday. But then I found out they didn't ship until Friday, so I didn't have them for the job. They blamed Covid for the delay, which was annoying because I could have figured something else out if I had known sooner. Because of this, next time I'll just try to find similar items locally.
Product sold to company in February 2023
Our experience selling a product to this company was really frustrating. First, they made us jump through hoops just to get set up as a vendor. Then, we ran into problems when it came to getting paid. Turns out, their Accounts Payable department is outsourced to some third-party service, which caused a big holdup in payment and ended up costing us $1,285.00. We definitely suggest being careful if you decide to do business with them and honestly, we wouldn't recommend selling to them at all because of all the hassle and money we lost.
Shipping Experience
I had a pretty bad experience with this company's shipping services. First off, they charged me over $16 to ship a $3 item to me, which just seems crazy high. Then, it took a whole month for the thing to actually get to me. And when it did, it was all beat up and not in great shape. Definitely not what I was hoping for. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the long wait and bad condition, they totally ignored me. Not cool at all.
New gloves and helmet
I got some awesome gloves and a helmet, but, man, it took forever to get a quote. I inquired about it on 11-22-2021 and they promised I'd have it in 1-2 business days. Now it's almost 11-26-2021 and still no word! I remember when they were lightning fast with customer service, but now it seems like they don't care at all. It's really disappointing to see a company that used to be top-notch start to fall behind like this.
