Geek Box kids subscription
I recently signed up for 2 Geek Box kids subscriptions for 6 months for 2 out of my 3 kids. We really liked most of the stuff in each box, except for some items with characters we didn't recognize. Unfortunately, we had to end our subscriptions because the monthly cost got too high for us to keep up with 2 boxes, especially since our third child also wanted one. But we still buy things from the store, especially when they let us know about new Pop! Releases. Even though the items come from overseas, the shipping is pretty quick. We'll keep buying stuff as long as it fits into our budget.
Monthly subscription box
I decided to get my nephew a monthly subscription box as a gift, and for the most part, it's been awesome. He really enjoys getting new geeky stuff every month, and it's cool for him to have something to look forward to. But, we did have a problem where we got the same things three months in a row. It was kind of a bummer seeing duplicates of Death Stroke Funko Pops, Loki magnets, and Catwoman banners. But, other than that, we've liked everything else we've gotten.
Coolest subscription one to have
It is really great to receive such cool geek box with some theme every month. Fun part is you never know what's inside it. It is like getting cool gifts every month and like you literally do not know what's inside the box.
It is moslty according to the theme,, it could be superheroes like it was last month. they have various gizmos, t-shirts, and lot of gears to collect.Preordered items not delivered
I preordered a bunch of stuff from this store, all with an expected delivery of March 2021. But guess what? March passed and I didn't hear a peep about my order. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but got zero help or answers. So, I said forget it and canceled my order. I can't deal with that lack of communication and constant delays.
Funko pops purchase
I ordered two Funko pops from this company recently and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The first one took a whole month to arrive, which was longer than I was expecting. And the second one never showed up at all. I kept checking the website, but it always said it was out of stock and the restocking date kept getting pushed back. After a bunch of delays, I finally decided to contact customer service and cancel my order. Turns out, they told me it wouldn't be back in stock until January. Months later, I got an email saying they were canceling my order because the item was no longer available, even though I had pre-ordered it back in October. Honestly, the whole experience was really disappointing and I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Recent Geek merchandise
I just bought some cool Geek stuff from that store and honestly, I'm a little bummed out. The items themselves are awesome, but the delivery was a mess. The package came late and all beat up, which stinks because I was really excited to get it in one piece.
Subscription box
This subscription box is a total scam! I spent money on it for my son's Christmas gift, but it never showed up. I tried emailing them multiple times, but all I got back were generic responses and no help at all. Now I have to deal with the headache of canceling my credit card and fighting the charges. My son is really let down, and this whole thing has been a total disaster.
Little Shop of Horrors Audrey Pop! Vinyl Figure
After ordering 4 of these collectible vinyl figures and having them damaged in shipping, I found the only way to contact the company was through FB messenger. I did so and received a response, and was offered 15% of the full refund (for 4 damaged figures). I replied that for buying collectibles, this isn't sufficient. This was after I asked if I could return for a full refund, etc. I then asked if I could return them (2nd request) and was told I would need to look up what the return shipping rate/info was to return them. Nope. You lost my business. I'm not doing your job for you.
