Being first time visitor on your shop tried first all your offers pricing and terms & conditions including return policies Nature of product is different and special too So I had checked terms and shocked to know if packed item did opened or touched only return and refund applicable?
Retuning a product is not a play or part of time.pass ,once booked for purpose and delivered to me why I should rerun that if not found suitable and without opening a pack bow can be decided
